Heath yards Barns are set in 6.5 Acres of rural Country Side, with lots of local facilities. The barn is recently renovated to a very high standard, comprising of 4 bedrooms two on the ground floor with shared en suite bathroom and two on first floor one master with en suite. Main entrance hall has cast Iron spiral stair case leading to the first floor, there is also a family cloak room in the entrance hall. Open plan living dining room with large oak beams leading to a very well fitted out kitchen with star galaxy granite work tops and utility room. Large private gardens, overlooking a open field with donkeys.

The Heart of England / Peak District / Staffordshire region

The midlands has lots to offer, we are in a rural location in between 2 small villages, we are very close to Uttoxetter race course, Victoria Theatre, Bass Museum, Chatsworth House, plus there is ten pin bowling, dry ski slopes and a multi screen cinema complex and Theme Parks, Alton towers, American Adventure Park, Drayton Manor Park & Zoo. All are within an hours drive away.

We are less than an hour’s drive from the peak district for all of you that love the outdoors; there are around 1,600 miles of footpaths across stunning scenery. Discover limestone dales full of rare wild flowers, stroll along trout filled rivers or watch skylarks soaring above heather clad moors. Walking, bird watching, caving, rock climbing, potholing, fishing, sailing, gliding and cycling are just some of the activities available. The local towns of Ashbourne, Bakewell, Buxton and Matlock Bath, each famous in its own right, offer culture, shopping, restaurants and traditional markets and if you still have energy, there are the Theme Parks which are all within an hours drive.

Stafford / Uttoxeter area

We have horse riding lessons quad biking and paint balling fishing & golf within a couple of miles.

We are a very short car trip from Trentham Gardens Shopping Village and this is also home to a wonderful monkey sanctuary and the bare foot walk which I highly recommend.

There is Amerton Farm which is great to keep the kids entertained, you can see small animals, there is a fantastic play barn for the smaller children and they sell the most delicious home made cakes and ice creams.

This barn is finished to a very high standard; all the bedrooms can be set out for your individual needs i.e. double beds can be broken down into single beds.

We have 2 bedrooms on the ground floor with shared en suite, one double and three singles (or two doubles and one single). We also have two bedrooms on the first floor one double master with en suite and three singles (or two doubles and one single). So this would also suite two families sharing.

All the rooms are all very spacious and can be arranged for your needs.

Further details outdoors:
We have small animals there are donkey’s ducks, and geese, goats and sheep. The house has its own garden. This accommodation is not part of a complex; there is just one large barn one small barn and the farm house so it is just the place to get away from it all. But we do have the advantage that we are close to a small town and close to some really good activities and facilities, if you would like to know more please do not hesitate to contact us.
