The living area includes a good quality double sofa-bed and has both cable TV / DVD and internet connection facilities (internet at extra daily charge). The kitchen is well fitted out with modern fitted units, 2-ring hob and oven, fridge, microwave, kettle etc and all self catering equipment (pots, pans, crockery, cutlery etc).

The resort is ideal for both families and couples for a comfortable and relaxing holiday and offers an extensive range of high quality facilities including 6 outside and 1 indoor pool, landscaped gardens, 2 tennis courts, 2 bars, 3 x restaurants (main season), jacuzzi, gym, good on-site beach, sea front facilities, mini-market, reception block and car parking area.
Locally there are good amenities, including local restaurants in the nearby village of St.Vlas and modern restaurant and bars in the new Marina, both a short walk away (10-15 minutes walk). The Sunny beach area is also a short bus ride away (circa 4-5km) offering both busy daytime activities and an active nightlife scene.
The Black Sea Coast region
The Black Sea Coast has increased in popularity over recent years with holiday makers discovering a hot summer climate of around 27°C and long days of sunshine during the main June to September summer and warm temperatures during the quiter months of May and October.
The southern region includes the popular area of Sunny beach with extensive beach facilities and a lively day and nightlife. St Vlas lies approximately 5km to the North of Sunny Beach area and has undergoning significant investment to creat a modern resort area around the traditional Bulgarian village. Approximately 9km to the South of St Vlas is the UNESCO site of Nessebar with traditional cobbled streets, buildings and historical sites.
The 5-star Garden of Eden resort lies on the South shore of St Vlas, with its own beach and extensive on-site facilities, including water sports, 6 outdoor and 1 indoor pool, tennis courts, bar, nightclub, gym and 3 top class restaurants (Italian, European and sea front fish restaurant).
The resort also includes an on-site supermarket and 24-hour medical facilities (during the summer season) and local resort and area travel facilities to assist in.
The resort is a leisurely stroll (15-20 mins) from the local village of St Vlas which has a variety of shops and a range of local restaurants and is a short walk from the nearby modern Marina with its lively nightlife, boutique shops and varied and first class restaurants.
The popular and well established area of Sunny beach offers a wide variety of daytime beach and night-time activities and is easily accessible by local transport of taxi's. In addition there are nearby water parks and other popular local attractions.
