'Garden of Eden' is an apartment beach village beautifully situated just outside St Vlas, about 3 miles from Sunny Beach Bulgaria, on a south-facing shoreline. It is about 20 minutes' drive from Bourgas airport and about 90 minutes from Varna airport.

The apartment has all the advantages of a spacious well equipped self catering two bedroom apartment coupled with the facilities which come with having a five star hotel on site - 3 excellent restaurants, a supermarket as well as a well equipped business centre , form which an extensive range of activities can be arranged.

The beach is private and has a selection of water sports and the 7 pools ensures a different scene for every day of the week! The hotel shuttle and local bus service offer easy access to the resort of Sunny Beach for those who want some lively evening entertainment and good food.

St Vlas / Garden of Eden Resort area

Activities:
Besides sunbathing and swimming, the resort offers so many water and land-based activities that it is impossible to get bored. Sports include windsurfing, sailing, waterskiing, parasailing, beach volleyball, mini-golf, horse riding, climbing, cycling and tennis, and there are also fitness centres, swimming pools and spa treatment centres.

Restaurants:
Over 130 restaurants and taverns cater to foreign tastes with a wide range of cuisine. Eating establishments range from the traditional Bulgarian mehanas, to an unusual Bulgarian experience offered at the Hanska Shatra (Khan’s Tent), which has a superb setting, mosaic interior and live folk music.

Varied cultural programme - Golden Orpheus International Festival of Bulgarian Pop Songs, folklore and symphony concerts, exhibitions, Miss Sunny Beach contest, etc.

Short excursions both inland and abroad are organized regularly e.g. overnight boat trips to Istanbul - great for the Grand Prix!

Fly direct to Bourgas in under 2 Hrs 30mins.

30min transfer from airport to apartment.

The apartment has spacious living area and two balconies one at the front and one at the back with patio furniture for you to relax on with a drink watching the sunset over the Black Sea.

The apartment is set in beautiful garden with a strwam running through the centre from the hotel at the top to the beach at the end. A glass lift allows easy access to the private beach which is well equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, a beach bar and an excellent fish restaurant on the beach.

Tennis courts, a gym and indoor swimming pool all provide excellent ways to spend your time should you require some sporting activity.

A free bus service operates a short walk form the apartment and services to the two WaterParks of Sunny Beach and Nessebar.

Whilst we state no smoking, smoking is only permitted on the balcony.

Refundable breakages deposit of £100 required 2 weeks before arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

25% of rental fee due six weeks before your stay to secure booking with balance due 7 days prior to departure.

There is a lift in the apartment building providing access to the 4 floors of the apartment block.
