Suncoast Resort is located just a few steps from the beach, on the outskirts of the town (Saint Vlas) Quiet and peaceful, yet only fifteen minutes from the larger resorts such as Sunny Beach, the apartment has easy access to all amenities, including the brand new luxury yacht marina and amphitheatre. There are also many excellent restaurants nearby for eating out.

The complex benefits from its own restaurant, mini market and private pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children. Leading from the living room is a spacious balcony with stunning sea views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. This apartment is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

The Black Sea Coast region

St. Vlas was founded by the Thracian tribe called larisi in the 2nd Century AD. In the 14th Century, it adopted the name, ‘Sveti Vlas,’ after the patron saint of cattle merchants. There have been five monasteries around the village.

The 1000m long beach with its tiny inlets is a unique romantic place. The large nearby resort of Sunny Beach is a fantastic place for entertainment both day and night. And the old town of Nessebar, a World Heritage site, will definitely conquer you with its antique beauty. With their fine beaches and attractions, Nessebar, Sunny Beach, St.Vlas and Elenite form what is known as the “Bulgarian Riviera”.

Go on a day trip to Nessebar (this is a must)
Go to the marina and see how the other half live!
Grab a bargain in the village shops
Take a walk up the mountain (Its worth it for the panoramic views)
If you like shopping, Bourgas or Varna are easy to get to

How to get there

Fly to Bourgas - Saint Vlas is just 30 km from the airport.
Cheap flights available from Easyjet, Wizz air, First coice, Thomson and Thomas Cook to Bourgas airport.
Car hire available from www.rentacarbg.net
Local buses run regularly between the airport and the town.
There are always local taxis available - fare should be no more than 40 euros.

This superior 1 bed apartment offers an extremely high standard of accommodation, with its contemporary styled furniture and spacious living/dining area, you will be sure to have a wonderful stay in the most prestigious area on the Black Sea Coastline.
The kitchen is self contained which includes a stylish breakfast bar and all modern utensils and appliances. The property offers a separate dining area complete with solid wood table and chairs, alternatively guests can dine al fresco on the south facing balcony to make the most of the fantastic panoramic sea views. The lounge offers perfect relaxation after a day at the beach with an Italian designed leather sofa (which pulls out to a king size bed), coffee table and full entertainment system. There is complimentary wifi at the resort, so feel free to bring your laptop if you wish. All bedroom Furniture is made of solid wood consisting of a kingsize bed, 2 bedside cabinets with reading lights, dressing table, linen box, triple wardrobe and chest of drawers . The bathroom is fully equipped with shower cubicle, wash handbasin and wc.

Suncoast Resort is situated on a front sea-line location, in an elevated position with the superb backdrop of the Stara Planina mountain range, and a spectacular panoramic view across the bay to the world heritage site, Nessebar. There is a secluded sandy beach which can be accessed via a few steps down a small winding pathway to the front of the resort. Within the complex you will find a cosmopolitan restaurant, shop, friendly modern reception area and well maintained green areas. Within 250 metres, you can visit the super luxury new yacht marina, or take a stroll to the newly refurbished town centre with its fabulous fountains or at the brand new amphi theatre, which caters for all the family with variety performances on a regular basis.
