The location is unbeatable, in front of the best beach on the Black Sea and right beside the fabulous New Marina with its beautiful yachts and fine restaurants.You can access either the Marina or the lovely sandy Beach directly from the complex as you can see from the pictures taken from our balcony. The beach is approx 2 km long, perfect for an evening stroll after your meal in one of the fine restaurants and bars which can be found on the Marina. The apartment can sleep up to 6 people in comfort. There's 1 double room with a king-size bed, 1 large twin room and a double sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is fully air conditioned, with air conditioning units in the living room and both bedrooms.
It is the ONLY complex in St Vlas were you can literally step directly onto beautiful beach or the new marina.
The apartment has 2 balconies,one off the living room and one off the main bedroom. Both balconies are south facing and catch the sun all day, great for enjoying that glass of wine while you watch the kids playing in the pools below. The balconies enjoy fantastic sea, pool and marina views.

The Black Sea Coast region
St Vlas / Vega area
St Vlas can be found on the southern end of the Black Sea Coast of Bulgaria, it is North of Sunny Beach but very close to the nearby ancient town of Nessebar.
The complex has 2 pools, a gym, sauna, restaurant and bar on site. The Black Sea's first marina officially opened in May 2007 and can be accessed directly from the complex. This superb marina offers a choice upmarket restaurants, bars and a casino.You can also avail of the new sea taxi to the beautiful ancient town of Nessebar.
There are also a large number of good quality restaurants and bars in the town of St Vlas. However, if you want to venture further afield a shuttle bus to Sunny Beach and Nessebar runs frequently from right outside the complex.There is also a taxi rank outside.
How to get there
St Vlas is located on the Black Sea Coast just a short 30 minute drive from Bourgas airport and only 90 minutes from Varna. You can charter flights from all the major UK airports, Doncaster, Birmingham, East Midlands, Newcastle, Manchester, Standstead and Luton of course Gatwick and most European Airports schedule regular flights also.
