Stunning Balkin mountain top views and beach looking out towards Paradise Beach from the balcony / patio area which also looks down onto the children's pool, jacuzzi, pitch and putt and play area.
The apartments offers lift facility to the third floor which leads to the inner hall with intercom facility. One fully furnished double bedroom with air conditioning, dressing table, mirror, wardrobe, drawers and sea views. Fully equipped tiled bathroom with full height enclosed power shower, toilet and vanity sink. Leading onto the lounge with dvd / tv, two three seater sofas (one sofa bed), air conditioning, patio doors leading onto the sea view balcony with four chairs and table. From the lounge is the kitchen / diner with beech units, full oven and hob, washing machine, full height fridge / freezer, toaster and full dining cutlery to suit 6 persons, dining table to seat four. The Black Sea Coast region
St Vlas
Situated and set within the stunning skyline of Balkin Mountain top hillside, views of the blue cristal waters and sandy beaches this complex and apartment is great to get away, relax and enjoy. The area offers natural beauty and with the summer climate the temperatures reach an average 27 degrees.
St Vlas offers an array of fine foods, beauty and stunning sun set views of the bay looking over towards the protected area of Nessebar.
A few minutes walk from the complex and you arrive at the fantastic bakery with a fine selection of hot breads and juices for the morning start!!!!
Along the beach front approx 200 yards is a small boat trip to Nessebar for approx 10 levs per person each way and takes approximately 30 minutes. Dolphins can be seen in the morning from the balcony and on the boat.
St Vlas area
Sunny beach has an 8 kilometre stretch of international blue flag award status along the coast line, and offers a wide range of facilities including shopping, markets, jet skiing, banana boats, hand gliding and para gliding, boats, tennis, football, golf, bowling and horse riding in the mountains.
Sunny Beach offers the night life, excellent food establishments and water sports with day trips including aqua park, market, Hidden Charms of Sozopol, Bourgas City, hill walking, Jeep Safari and boat trips to various coastal bays.

Flights are available from most UK and European airports offering wide range of airlines and times to suit all needs.

Car hire is available from either airports and can be booked on the web or at the airport arrivals. Taxis and a local bus run frequently from both airports to St Vlas these can be arranged prior to your vacation at a cost from Bourgas of 60 levs (approx £22.00)

Further details indoors: The apartment is north east facing with full sun on the patio in the morning until mid afternoon, therefore allowing you to relax and cool down in the evening after a full day of sun bathing around one of the four pools!!!!!!
All bedding and towels, tea towels are included, but beach towels are not provided.
Daily maid service is available during your vacation and our letting management agents welcome all guests upon arrival.
Further details outdoors: The complex offers an array of facilities to suit all needs included within the self catering package. Various cuisine restaurants, food centre, cafeteria, bars, medical centre, fitness centre, tennis courts, cocktail bar, internet lounge, five a side football, tennis, sun beds (at 2 levs a day per sunbed £0.80), children's playground, beauty centre, hairdressers, sauna and jacuzzi.
One pool with artificial wave machine, one with 25metre facility, two others with jacuzzi and a children's / baby pool.
The complex has its own private clean sandy beach front.
With the facility of the complex you are entitled to use three other new complexes within the area, therefore offering a total of 14 different pools and restaurants.
Sunny beach with its blue flag award is only 7 minutes away by car or a taxi ride away for 20 levs (£7.40).
Further details
A deposit of £100 is required upon booking and must be paid within 3 days of confirmation. The balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to departure or paid in full if the booking is made within the 8 week period.
A refundable security deposit of £150.00 is required with the balance and will be returned within 14 days of your return once the letting agents have found everything in order to the inventory.
Cancellations before 8 weeks will result in the loss of deposit. Cancellations within 6 weeks will result in the loss of the total balance.
The facility is a shared complex and we cannot be held responsible for any changes made by the management facility within Panorama Fort Beach.

"We have just returned from St Vlas in August 2008 - the apartment was fantastic, very clean and comfortable with fabulous views of the bay, just as described. The beach close by is beautiful with lovely sand and clear water - just two minutes walk down the steps from the apartment. Eating out in St Vlas is unbelievably cheap - on average a meal for 4 with drinks was approximately £14.00 in total! The weather was excellent and the pools were very good and clean, we were always able to get a sun bed even though it was peak season. Public transport and cheap taxis are available for fun in Sunny Beach. Lea was very helpful, immediately responding to any enquiries – WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT AND CAN’T WAIT TO RETURN"
