'Garden of Eden' is an apartment beach village beautifully situated just outside St Vlas, about 3 miles from Sunny Beach Bulgaria, on a south-facing shoreline. It is about 20 minutes' drive from Bourgas airport and about 90 minutes from Varna airport.

The spacious apartment offers outstanding accommodation, and is minutes away from the beautiful sandy beach or one of the 6 outdoor pools. The apartment is suitable for families or couples, young or old with all you could want for a perfect holiday available within the resort.

The Black Sea Coast region

St Vlas village has about 3,000 inhabitants and is situated just 4 km to the north of Sunny Beach resort and 9 km away from the ancient own of Nessebar. It lies in the skirts of the Stara Planina mountain and thus offers a beautiful combination of sea and mountain climate, and has long been considered by Bulgarians as particularly favourable for those with respiratory problems.

The main summer season runs from May through to October, with average daily temperatures in July and August of 27°C, and water temperatures of 24°C.


St Vlas / Garden of Eden Resort area

The resort is conveniently situated just outside St Vlas, and boasts 3 restaurants (Italian, A La Carte and Fish), numerous bars by the pool, beach and within the 5 Star hotel. A fully stocked supermarket is also on site, and a full visitors information centre to help you plan your holiday excursions. 24 hour medical facilities are also available on site.

On the beach there are many watersport activities available, or you can just relax on the free sunbeds and enjoy the wonderful clear sea and views over to Nessebar.

Should you wish to explore the surrounding areas St Vlas is approximately a 15 minute walk, where there are a number of pubs, restaurants and shops. Visitors can also take advantage of the various tourist facilities of Sunny Beach with its vibrant nightlife, crazy golf, numerous waterparks (with free shuttle buses to get to them) and many pubs and restaurants, and is all just 5 minutes away by car.

There is regular shuttle bus, and plenty of private minibuses, and ordinary taxis from Garden of Eden to Sunny Beach, St Vlas and the ancient town of Nessebar. Nessebar is small and picturesque, with narrow cobblestone streets. You’ll find fantastic seafood restaurants overlooking the sea, small bars and quaint shops. Located on a peninsular 9 km south of St. Vlas and connected by bridge, the island has been designated a UNESCO world heritage site, with many interesting museums and churches.The town of Nesebar is one of the oldest towns in Europe and definitely worth a visit.

Close by also, approximately 15 minutes walk is the lovely Marina with boutique shops, high quality restaurants, cocktail bars and fantastic yachts to buy!

There is also water transport to and from St Vlas, Nessebar and Sunny Beach.

Budget airline Wizz Air offer direct scheduled flights from London Luton to Bourgas airport, which is 25 minutes' drive from Garden of Eden. Prices are from £19.99 each way and so a return fare including all taxes can cost as little as £80. www.wizzair.com

Scheduled flights twice-weekly to Bourgas airport are also being run by Bulgaria Air from 31 May 2006 direct from London Gatwick on Mondays and Friday, for £175 return fare including all taxes.

Bulgaria Air are starting flights from Dublin to Sofia, Bourgas and Varna airports for summer 2006.

During the summer there are any number of charter flights from most UK (and other countries') airports to Bourgas airport.

British Airways run scheduled flights to Varna from London Gatwick, with prices including all charges c.£150 return. Bulgaria Air, Bulgaria's flag carrier, flies London to Varna non-stop, and also Amsterdam to Varna. Malev Airlines also runs scheduled flights to Varna from London via Budapest. Varna is about 90 minutes' drive from Garden of Eden.

The capital of Bulgaria, Sofia, is served by a number of airlines, including Bulgaria Air and British Airways, but it is at least 5 hours' drive to the coast and Garden of Eden. There are internal flights by Hemus Air Sofia-Bourgas and Sofia-Varna but their reliability can vary.

Transfers to the resort are available. Prices are from the airport to Garden of Eden and subsequent return:
Bourgas airport - €50 for up to 3 people and €12 for each additional person.
Varna airport - €84 for up to 3 people and €24 for each additional person.

The ground floor apartment has a brand new fully fitted kitchen with a hob and oven. The bedroom has wonderful sea views and comprises of 2 twin beds which is are also extremely comfortable when put together for a king size double.

The spacious lounge area has patio doors, leading out to a large patio area with again lovely sea views, outside table and chairs. The patio is drenched in the sun all afternoon for some quiet sunbathing.

There is a sofa bed in the lounge which is suitable for 1 adult, or 2 small children and a separate fold up bed.

Further details outdoors:
The apartment offers beautiful sea views from within the bedroom, lounge and also from the large outside balcony which has the radiant sunshine shining on it all afternoon.


Conditions

Refundable breakages deposit of £100 required prior to arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

10% deposit required on booking, with balance due 6 weeks prior to departure date.

No refund will be available after this time should a cancellation be made, unless the apartment can be rebooked for the duration of the booking.
