Stunning beach front two bedroom and two bathroom apartment in quiet block. The apartment sleeps six and has fabulous sea views from a large balcony and beautifully decorated throughout in a modern contemporary design.8 shared pools, tennis court and private secure parking. Two restaurants, sports bar,supermarket,currency exchange,car hire all available on complex.

The apartment is beautifully furnished in a modern contemporary design, with dark brown corner sofa and stylish dark wood furniture. The kitchen is fitted with modern silver and glass units with silver appliances all to the highest standard. There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils. Air conditioning is provided in all bedrooms and the living area.

The apartment comprises two bedrooms in total; one double, one twin. The property also has one double sofa bed located in the living room. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use. The apartment has two shower rooms and two WCs for your party's use.
There is a fantastic selection of entertainment facilities; television, DVD, satellite/cable, there is also an Xbox with games, a DVD library and a library of books for the use of guests of the apartment. Recreational activities available for guests staying at the apartment include a gym,sauna,internet room,sports bar,pool table, table tennis and games machines. There are also two sun loungers on the balcony and a table and chairs. The complex has eight different private pools,including one with wave machine and a jacuzzi. There is also a private beach for all guests, with a variety of watersports.


Owners request guest to bring their own beach towels.

The Black Sea Coast region

The Bulgarian Black Sea Riviera covers the entire eastern bound of Bulgaria stretching from the Romanian Black Sea Riviera in the north to European Turkey in the south, along 378 km of coastline. White and golden sandy beaches occupy approximately 130 km of the 378 km long coast. The region is an important centre of tourism during the summer season (May-October), drawing millions of foreign and local tourists alike and constituting one of the country's most popular tourist destinations.

The area's average air temperature in the summer is about 28°C, with the average water temperature at 25°C. There are more than 240 hours of sunshine in May and September and more than 300 hours in July and August.

The Balkan Mountains cross the country reaching to the edge of the Black Sea at Cape Emine, dividing the coastline into a southern and northern part. Parts of Bulgaria's northern Black Sea Coast feature rocky headlands where the sea abuts cliffs up to 70 metres in height. The southern coast is known for its wide sandy beaches.

The St Vlas area

Marina View Fort Beach is a beach front location which enjoys stunning panoramic views across a beautiful bay towards Sunny Beach and the ancient town of Nessabar. Take your pick from visiting either the world heritage site of Nessabar or the more commercialised area of lively Sunny Beach with its abundance of shops, bars and restaurants.

Facilities on the complex include numerous pools including jacuzzis and a wave pool, a private beach, tennis court, restaurants, supermarket, fitness club and sauna, children's playgrounds.

The first purpose built luxury marina in the region is nearby and consists of a promenade, shops, restaurants and berthing for 200+ yachts. This further enhances the exclusivity that St Vlas already entertains.

Close to the apartment you will find water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, walking, cycling, horse riding, historic sites, a theatre/cinema, a theme park.

The apartment is 25 minutes from Bourgas Airport.

Use Air Bulgaria, Monarch Airlines, Thomsonfly.com, Wizzair.com or a selection of other scheduled and charter flights.

Varna airport is also about 70km away.

Transfers from Bourgas Airport by minibus or coach 60lev each way for up to six adults paid locally( subject to availability) - c. £25 each way per booking .

"Wonderful stay in this fabulous apartment. We are not used to staying in "complexes" but were pleasantly surprised by this one. Its very peaceful and occupied by respectable families. The eight pools ensure theres plenty of room for everyone and the on-site restaurant offers very good food with friendly service. The apartment in our view was the best on the complex. The views of the ocean are wonderful. We didn't get much chance to sit on the balconies because the kids wanted to be at the pool or the beach, but it would be nice to spend a morning reading and listening to the waves. The apartment is bright and spacious with comfortable beds and if you choose to eat in (we didn't !) everything is provided for in the kitchen. We would return in a heartbeat !"
