Home description
St Vlas (or Sveti Vlas) village has about 3,000 inhabitants and is situated 4 km to the north of Sunny Beach resort and 9 km away from the historic town of Nessebar. St Vlas nestles on the south facing slopes of the Stara Planina (or Balkan) mountains in a bay with Elinite to the north. St Vlas has a newly built, world class marina which is the biggest yacht port in Bulgaria. The marina is worth visiting to view the boats, go shopping or for a romantic evening.
St Vlas is an upmarket holiday resort and a preferred location for Bulgarians to holiday. St Vlas is the ideal location for a relaxing beach holiday. The local beach is a five minute stroll from the apartment and has clear, calm sea and a fine sandy beach.
There are a wide variety of activities available nearby including several water parks (see www.aquapark.bg), go karting, water sports, night clubs, casino and many organised trips / tours.

The Black Sea Coast region
Bulgaria is situated in Eastern Europe and bordered to the north by the River Danube and Romania, to the east by the Black Sea, to the south by Turkey and Greece and to the west by Serbia & Montenegro and the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia. The Balkan Mountains cross the country reaching to the edge of the Black Sea and golden beaches. The land is covered with forests and crossed by rivers.
The days during the summer and the autumn period are warm and sunny with a welcome refreshing breeze coming in off the Black sea. The Black Sea Coast has over 370 km of coastline with fine sandy beaches and many attractive resorts which are ideal for relaxing, traditional seaside family holidays and activity holidays.

St Vlas is situated between Sunny Beach and Elinite. There is a mix of old town and new developments. Eating out is inexpensive with traditional and western food available from small roadside snack bars to top quality restaurants.

This is a large, third floor, 2-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment. The apartment has south facing square balcony with stunning uninterrupted views of the Black sea and the coastline from St Vlas through Sunny Beach to Nessebar. There is a second, smaller, balcony from the master bedroom which has sea views and views of the forests on the side of the Balkan mountains. All rooms have individual air conditioning which can be adjusted for your comfort.
BEDROOMS The apartment has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen sized double bed with two bedside cabinets, a double wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The master bedroom also has an en suite bathroom with toilet, shower, wash basin, vanity unit and storage unit with light and mirror. The second bedroom has two single beds with double wardrobe, bedside cabinets and a chest of drawers.
LIVING ROOM The living room is a spacious open plan kitchen/diner layout. The fully fitted kitchen includes a washing machine, fridge/freezer, electric oven, hob, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery and cooking equipment for six people. There is a dining table with 6 chairs. There is a 2-seater & a 3- seater sofa and coffee table. The 3 seater sofa converts to a double bed to provide accommodation for 6. There is a TV with English channels and DVD player.
