The Black Sea Coast region
Bulgaria is a beautiful country, small in size but rich in ancient culture, scenic splendour, friendly people and old-fashioned warmth and hospitality.
Bulgaria is especially proud of its rich folklore traditions. Folk dances, music, national costumes and traditional rituals play an important part in the life of Bulgarians.
In addition, the Black Sea Coast has over 370 km of coastline with sandy beaches and numerous attractive resorts which are ideal for both traditional seaside family holidays or more active stays.
Bulgaria is situated in Eastern Europe and bordered to the north by the River Danube and Romania, to the east by the Black Sea, to the south by Turkey and Greece and to the west by Serbia & Montenegro and the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia. The Balkan Mountains cross the country reaching to the edge of the Black Sea and its golden beaches. The land is heavily cultivated, covered with forests and crossed by rivers. Although Bulgaria lies in the very southeast corner of Europe, the climate is never extreme in summer. The Black Sea resorts have some of the largest beaches in Europe and offer sunbathing from May until October, while in winter heavy falls of snow are virtually guaranteed in the mountain skiing resorts.

The resort town of Saint Vlas is located, where the Balkan mountain dives into the Black Sea. Saint Vlas lies at the northern end of a bay which has Sunny Beach, a resort with more then 150 hotels in its middle and the ancient town of Nesebar at its southern end.

Saint Vlas is located between the famous sea resorts Sunny Beach and Elenite.
The beach is in a close proximity to the mountains and an eco-path starts from Saint Vlas which quickly takes the tourists from the resorts into the natural areas.
The excellent combination of mountains and sea turns Saint Vlas into a holiday village with unique climate favorable to the curative climate influence on lung diseases.
The Sunny Beach resort is nearby, as well as the local town which you can explore when you take time away from the beach.
Along the beach front (approx 200 yards) there is a water taxi you can use to go across the bay to Nessebar, it's a lovely trip, taking approximately 30 minutes and returning after a few hours - the perfect method for those who wish to explore this amazing historical city.
Outside of the complex turn left and a 5-10min walk takes you to an outstanding waterpark that has only just been opened this year and is an ideal day out for all the family ( www.aquapark.bg ). Turn right and a 4 or 5 min short taxi ride (£2) takes you to the new marina area that is woth a visit just for the shops and to view the sailing boats, this is also an ideal romantic night out.

The resort of St Vlas is on the Black Sea and only 30 minutes from Bourgas airport with direct charter flights from most UK regional ariports including Doncaster, East Midlands, Stansted, Birmingham, Newsastle, Manchester, Luton, and Gatwick also from major European Airports.

Since we have several apartments in this complex this is a great choice for two, tree or four families who want to holiday together - each has the privacy of a fine apartment only minutes away from each other, but sharing the same peaceful oasis and pool.
Apartments are non smoking; however smoking is permitted on the balcony.
We have our office in the same resort which means we are onsite to assist our guests (12 hrs a day, 7 days a week), as well as arranging excursions, tailor made tours, transfers and welcome packs.
Conditions
A refundable deposit of 100 GBP is paid upon arrival and returned before departure after checking the property for any damages or losses.
The property must be vacated in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the rental period.
