This luxury 1 bedroom apartment has everything you need to enjoy a great holiday. Fully furnished with generous proportions, it has a large balcony overlooking a quiet pool, with sea views and only 50m from south facing private beach. Price includes maid service, linen and laundry once per week
The resort is set in attractive gardens with beautiful water features and 6 outdoor swimming pools, plus wet bar and a heated indoor pool. There are 3 a la carte restaurants including a fish restaurant with local cuisine by the marina, Several bars including pool bars and Irish bar, tennis courts, fully equipped gym, sauna, jacuzzi, pool room, internet access, supermarket and medical centre.

The Black Sea Coast region
St. Vlas is located on the south Black Sea coast of Bulgaria, just north of the busy resort of Sunny Beach, with the ancient town of Nessebar just across the bay.
The main summer season runs from May through to October, with average daily temperatures in July and August of 27°C, and water temperatures of 24°C.
Bulgaria continues to offer great value for money, with consistently high standards and a wide range of leisure activities.
St Vlas / Garden of Eden Resort area
Garden of Eden complex is situated in the bay of St. Vlas. This area is considered to be a more relaxed and upmarket alternative to the lively resort of nearby Sunny Beach. The centre of St. Vlas is a traditional village located in the hills beneath the Stara Planina Mountains. Here you’ll find plenty of local restaurants offering great local cuisine and inviting bars with a relaxed atmosphere. A short walk from the centre is the traditional fishing harbour. There is also a new marina offering various boat trips as well as places to eat, alongside new apartment developments.
The cosmopolitan resort of Sunny Beach is approx. 4km south of St Vlas. This larger and busier resort offers entertainment by day and night, with restaurants and cafes you’ll find Bulgarian favourites alongside English cuisine and fast food, as well as cocktail bars and clubs. The Blue Flag beach is a stunning 8km of golden sand, flanked by the Ermine and Balkan Mountains. You’ll find numerous water sports offered on the beach, plus mini golf and an aquapark.
By contrast the old town of Nessebar is small and picturesque, with narrow cobblestone streets. You’ll find fantastic seafood restaurants overlooking the sea, small bars and quaint shops. Located on a peninsular 9 km south of St. Vlas and connected by bridge, the island has been designated a UNESCO world heritage site, with many interesting museums and churches. Boat trips are available from Eden or from St Vlas marina. A taxi ride takes approx 15 minutes (20 Leva) or there is a bus service via Sunny Beach. There is also a small train that runs around Sunny beach to Nessebar.
How to get there
The resort of St Vlas is on the Black Sea coast, approx. 30 minutes from Bourgas airport and 90 minutes from Varna airport. Direct charter flights are available from most UK regional ariports including Doncaster, East Midlands, Birmingham, Manchester, Newcastle, Luton, Stansted and Gatwick, as well as from other major European Airports.

Transfers to the resort are available. Prices are from the airport to Garden of Eden and subsequent return: Bourgas airport - €50 for up to 3 people and €12 for each additional person. Varna airport - €84 for up to 3 people and €24 for each additional person.
For car hire we recommend 'Bulgaria Car Rent' (www.bulgariacarrent.com). We found them to be a professional company with competitive rates. Prices are from €15 per day for a mid size car and €27 per day for a full size car. Cars can be delivered to the airport or other locations for €10; child seats are available free of charge.

Further details indoors: Tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard throughout. This comfortable accommodation benefits from a large living space, with an extensive and well-equipped kitchen with dining area to one corner.
There is one separate bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and draw space. A comfortable sofa bed in the lounge allows this apartment to comfortably accommodate 4 guests.
The apartment also benefits from a large south westerly facing balcony with patio furniture and stunning sea views, which can be accessed via the lounge and the bedroom.
The rental price includes maid service (apartment is cleaned before arrival and after departure, plus one full midweek clean per week). Linen and towels are also provided and are laundered once per week. Please note, some advertisers charge separately for cleaning and laundry. Cots and high chairs are available to hire from reception.
Further details outdoors: Garden of Eden has it own south facing private sandy beach, with free sun loungers and parasols plus lift access.
At the end of the beach is the marina and pier side fish restaurant; serving freshly caught local fish either as a daytime snack or evening meal. There is also a well-stocked beach bar.
Water sports are available on the beach at competitive prices. These include water-skiing, windsurfing, yachting, catamaran sailing, pedal boats, rowing boats, inflatables and wakeboards.
There are six outdoor pools including dual-level infinity pool and Roman pool, as well as children's' pools.
Other restaurants include the ‘Albero di Vita’ Italian restaurant beside the Roman pool and ‘Paradiso’ restaurant in the main hotel. Both have stunning settings and offer the chance to eat al fresco in front of the pool, with special lunchtime menus and a children's menu at Paradiso. Breakfast and evening buffets can also be booked at reception.
Live music is laid on at Noah's Piano Bar twice a week, and there are Happy Hours at a different bar each night, usually with 2 for 1 cocktails. The Vista Bar is a great spot to enjoy an early evening drink with fantastic views. There is also an Irish bar, Wet bar in the main hotel pool and two other pool bars.
The Spa Club has a heated indoor pool, fitness centre, saunas, Turkish steam room, whirlpool baths, massage treatment room and relaxation area.
