The Black Sea Coast region
Situated on the western shores of the Black sea, the Bulgarian coastline enjoys an average summer temperature of 28 degrees celsius, with a total of 240 hours of sunshine in May and September rising to 300 in the months of July and August.
St Vlas area
Sveti Vlas (also known as St. Vlas) is a beautiful coastal village of approx. 3000 inhabitants, situated just 5 kilometres north of Sunny Beach and 9 kilometres from Nessebar. The combination of beautiful beaches all within easy walking distance of the apartment, set against the backdrop of the Balkan mountain range make this a fantastic resort.
The relaxed night life in St Vlas is centred around eating and drinking, with the bars and clubs of the lively Sunny Beach just a 10 minute bus or taxi ride away.
Supermarkets are situated at the bottom of the village within 200m of the apartment and a short 5 minute stroll will see you in the main square with a variety of restaurants offering very reasonably priced cuisine.
The recently completed and beautiful marina is less than a 5 minute stroll away from the apartment, where a variety of cruises are available including water taxis providing transport to the ancient town of Nessebar. The marina also boasts a number of restaurants and provides a beautifully relaxed atmoshpere at the end of the day.
Buses can be caught within a very short distance from the apartment to the resort of Sunny Beach where you will find plenty to entertain. The beach, which boasts the prestigious EU blue flag, is a huge attraction and has a huge variety of water sports, inlcuding water skiing and para-sailing, on offer over its 8km span. Set behind the beach are the mainly pedestrianised streets, where markets, shops and local artists merge with the many restaurants and bars giving Sunny Beach a lively feel.
A number of water parks are accessible, all within a 20 minute taxi ride from the apartment situated at Elenite which is a 10 minute journey up the coast and the others located in Sunny Beach and Nessebar.
The world Heritage site and one of the oldest towns in Europe, Nessebar, is a bus, taxi or water taxi ride away offering a picturesque and romantic atmosphere with cobbled streets, historical architecture and fantastic restaurants amongst the art galleries and local craft and souvenir shops and is a must visit destination.
How to get there
Flights depart from most UK and International airports.
The transfer time via taxi is approximately 25-30 minutes from Bourgas to the south of the resort and just over an hour from Varna to the north.
Airport transfers can be arranged should you require.

Further details indoors: The hallway leads to a light and spacious open plan living room which is divided into a kitchen, lounge and dining areas. A glazed door leads onto the main balcony which overlooks the pool and sea.
There are two single beds in each bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area. In addition there is plenty of room for a travel cot in the living area.
The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom and its own balcony with views over the pool. Both bedrooms have full sized wardrobes, dressing table with stools and bedside cabinets.
The en suite and the main bathroom are both fully tiled and have a bath and shower as well as toilet and sink.
Further details outdoors: The Watermill complex is built in a traditional Bulgarian style and opened in Summer 2005. The pool and integral children's pool are at the centre of the landscaped gardens and are conveniently located in front of the restaurant which serves breakfast, drinks and snacks as well as full meals.
The restaurant is frequented by both locals and tourists and is popular with families as the children can play safely in the complex play area whilst the adults enjoy a relaxing meal and drink.
The complex is part of the Dinevi resort and as such the facilities of other complexes are available for use including swimming pools, tennis courts, internet cafe, piano bar and several restaurants.
