The apartment has all the necessary needed for a wonderful self catering holiday. The Hotel Complex "Etara" is prestige and has its own facilities such as two restaurants, two pools. own beach, a gym, nail & hair salon, a bar, mini market(on site) & staffed reception.
This apartment is closer than the front line, the balcony is over looking the beach.
This complex is within a larger complex of 12 hotels where guests can use the facilites of all the other hotel complexs each having a similar standard but different theme such as italian restaurants, international, bulgarian, ice cream bar, more super markets, gyms, pools and much more.
The complex also has a beautiful marina where many restaurants, shops, Boats and a Club are situated this is within 15 minutes stroll away or minutes on the shuttle bus!
There is a complex bus, for arround 1 euro per person, takes guests around the complex, for a little more to sunny beach and other sorrounding areas such as Historical Nessebar, with hundreds of eating places and for those that like history its a national heritage site, again the shuttle bus stops here, over 100 churches are found with in nessebar. St Vlas village is 15 minutes walk where shops & restaurants are plenty for a quieter night. For a night on the town there is the famous sunny beach!

The Black Sea Coast region
The Black Sea Coast of Bulgaria is mainly hot sunny in summer and snow in the winter. It is coastal with many beautiful beaches and much greenery.
Nearby the Historical port of nessebar which is a world wide heritige site, here you will find a maze of eateries, & cafes. For the coultural type there are many church's, old and ruins found amongst the many shops and cobbled streets.
For those looking for nightlife there are miles of bars/clubs & restaurants not to mention the shops that line the streets of busy sunny beach.
Those looking for traditional quieter bulgarian style the Villiage of St Vlas offeres the above on a much smaller, quieter scale.
This area has something for everyone!!
St Vlas / Etara area
Bourgas City is 20 minutes away by car Nessebar is 10 minutes away by car Sunny beach is 5 mins by car St Vlas is 15 minute walk away
The hotel shuttle bus take you to all the above for a small fee Otherwise enjoy the peace & quiet of the two pools or beach !

Further details indoors: This apartment is newly kitted out and is done so to a high standard, it has all the needed utilities for a self catering relaxing holiday, but plenty of places to dine close by and see if thats what is required.
This is perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday arround the apartment itself or for those looking for noise and excitement it can be easily reached.
There is an marble bathroom with enclosed shower.
Further details outdoors: There are many beach activities ( Jet Ski, banana boats, etc) availible at the marina beach, boat excursions and hire is also availible. There are two pools that belong directly to Etara along with two eating places! There is a cafe/bar on the beach and also a Piano bar.

The apartment is situated on the second floor, but the views over the sea to nearby nessebar are amazing! Especially when enjoying a glass of wine on the balcony listening to the waves splashing onto the beach - perfect !!
The apartment will sleep six max (at a push) There is a king size bed and two sofa beds that are ideal as single beds for children or adults not wanting to share or they can be both made in to double beds if so required. Sleeps four fine !!
