This lovely apartment on this prestigious development boasts a commanding third floor position with views overlooking the whole complex and sea beyond. The development itself is set in landscaped gardens with beautifully manicured lawns and has its' own swimmimg pool, children's play area, restaurant and bar. It is only a few minutes stroll to all amenities and as guests staying at these apartments you also have access to the resort's own exclusive private beach, which is just 300m away.

The Black Sea Coast region

The country of Bulgaria is a vibrant country with scenic mountain ranges and a rich and vivid ancient history. The small country boasts panoramic views, insights into ancient culture and friendly locals offering a warm welcome to visitors.

Located on the Balkan Peninsula, which is in the southeastern area of Europe, Bulgaria is less developed as a tourist resort than neighbouring Greece and Turkey. Despite the popularity of Bulgaria's Black Sea resorts, which are scenically captivating with their fine sandy beaches, sunny climate, safe seas and are also wonderfully inexpensive, the country remains unmarred by tourist development.


St Vlas area

St. Vlas is a beautiful coastal village nestled at the foot of the Balkan mountain range which has grown into an exclusive holiday resort called the Dinevi Resort. The Watermill is ideally situated for all the complexes of the Dinevi Resort and is only 300 metres from the sea. It is also ideally situated for access to the village.

The resort is all beachside so there are no main roads to cross to get to the sea. The new Marina -the first of its kind on the Black Sea coast- is less than 2 minutes walk away. There are three beaches also within a few minutes walk - including that private beach for your use adjacent to the Diamond complex. Other neighbouring complexes whose facilities you can use include Lazur, Monastery, Bells, La Dolce Vita, Compass, Riviera, South Beach, Etara & Top. This means you have many restaurants and pools to choose from as well as a tennis court, a gym, internet room and shops. A new Ampitheatre provides evening entertainment and a children's club.

The Village of Vlas - As well as the resort facilities there is also all the amenities of a traditional Bulgarian village available. This includes many restaurants with entertainment where you can enjoy some splendid meals for as little as £5 per person. The cost of living is very cheap in Bulgaria and a glass of wine or a beer costs as little as 50p. The central square in the village is a popular place to watch the world go by from the roof top restaurants whilst you enjoy a cool drink. Supermarkets and tourist shops are all in abundance in the village and a health centre and banks can also be found. There is even a beauty salon where you can enjoy a massage at a fraction of the cost in the UK!

There are also internet cafes in the village and the resort if you wish to keep up with your e mail and contact those at home to tell them what a wonderful holiday you are having! A favourite also in the internet cafes is internet games. Prices are very cheap too at about 50p per hour. Telephone facilities with cheap calls to the UK and all over the world can also be found on the main street.

Sunny Beach is the neighbour to Vlas being only 5kms away and easily accessible by local bus, taxi, resort shuttle service or boat. In fact the local bus stop is conveniently located just at the entrance to the complex.
It is a large resort with a long wide sandy beach. There are many attractions to keep young and old alike amused. There are many watersports facilities and para-gliding as well as 2 Aqua-Parks nearby. There are many shops selling fake designer wear at a fraction of the cost of the real thing! For the night birds there is an abundance of discos and clubs as well as bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. Most of the bars have live entertainment and sports on large screen TVs.

Old Nessebar -There are frequent buses to this World Heritage Site situated only 5 minutes from Sunny Beach. You can also travel by boat from Vlas or Sunny Beach. It is a wonderful place to stroll around and enjoy a meal overlooking the harbour or the sea. There are bargains to be had amongst the many shops and market stalls against the backdrop of the splendid ancient buildings and churches. The medieval churches are remarkable sites of Nessebar. In the past there were more than 40, but only a few are still standing. The basilicas, most famous among these - the Old Bishopric, are early Christian.


How to get there

Flights depart from most UK and international airports.

The distance from Burgas airport is about 25 mins by taxi and just over an hour from Varna airport.
Airport transfers can be arranged for you from either airport and although car hire is not necessary this can be arranged if required.
