A modern 2 bed apartment in a first class holiday resort, just metres from the sea and white sandy beach. The resort is located at the edge of St.Vlas in the heart of a quiet bay. The attractions of Bulgaria's largest and most popular Black Sea resort of Sunny Beach are just minutes away ,making this an ideal location for couples and families with children.
The uninterrupted panoramic sea views looking out over the peninsular of Nessebar and the white sandy beaches of Sunny beach are wonderful, if you're lucky you may witness dolphins swimming by.
This is the perfect location to unwind and relax,and if you want the lively resort of sunny beach it is only a short bus or taxi ride away. This is the best of both worlds.

The Black Sea Coast region
The climate in this region would best be described as good, with mostly sunny days from May to October with mid-summer temperatures averaging 83°F (28°C) and sea temperatures from 73-77°F (23-25°C).
The Public transport in the area is good, with bus's running regularly which services the Sunny beach and Nessebar area's. From there you can catch a bus into Bourgas or Varna. You will never be stuck for a taxi, but remember agree a price before getting in.
The international airport of Bourgas is a 20 to 30 minute drive away and Varna to the North is just over an hours drive, both are served by a variety of international carriers and charter airlines from throughout Europe.
Nessebar situated 9 Km away (SW) from the apartment, and can be clearly seen from the balcony it is well worth the visit. It has a number of historic buildings and Orthodox churches. There is a wide variety of very good restaurants many of which specialize in locally caught seafood. Expect to pay a little more for food and accommodation here.
If you are driving a car be prepared to park it just prior to entering Nessebar, as there are few spaces to park and they fill up quickly, however I recommend the walk, it's worth it. Pack a Picnic, stroll around the many cobble streets, browse the curios and be sure to spend some time on the beach, its idyllic.
St Vlas area
Sunny Beach is located just 5 miles away from the apartments in St. Vlas / Elenite. Regarded as the largest Bulgarian sea resort it is situated on a semi-circular bay along the southern part of the Black Sea Riviera. It has a five-mile (8km) strip of beach comprising of golden sand and is considered to be the best beach along the coast. It is a perfect all-round holiday destination with a warm Mediterranean climate, clean and calm water and safe swimming. In recognition, Sunny Beach has been awarded the prestigious Blue Flag award and is ideal for families with children.
Sveti Vlas, the local village, has lots of shops and restaurants and has a nice backdrop of pine forested hills. If you fancy the nightlife, you only need to travel 15 minutes to Sunny Beach and thirty minutes to the old town of Nessebar.
Activities at Sunny beach and St Vlas include:- Scuba diving for both adults and children with PDI courses available, sailing, surfing, beach volleyball, water skiing, jet skiing, windsurfing, pedalos, canoeing, banana boat, fishing. Other sports include golf, tennis and horse riding. Children’s activities include play areas, trampoline, bouncy castles and much more. At night the area is vibrant, there is live music, floor shows, casinos, night clubs and discos. The shops are open late and there is also opportunity for adventurous pursuits like bungee jumping, or riding the bucking Bull!
Places to visit : - Sozopol An engaging huddle of nineteenth-century houses on a rocky headland, backed up by two fine beaches, scores of bars and restaurants, and a lively promenade, Sozopol is perhaps a bit more laid back than Nessebar. Located 34 km south of Bourgas, Sozopol is today best known for its casual ambience, 2 sandy beaches, and distinctive 19th-century stone and wood houses, some of which are national cultural monuments. - Balgari-Home of Bulgarian Fire Dancing!
In the mountains to the south of Sunny Beach is the village of Balgari renowned for the still practised custom of nestinarstvo, or fire dancing. Traditionally associated with the feast day of Konstantin and Elena (which is celebrated here on June 4th, or the nearest weekend), the ritual involves initiates falling into a trance and dancing on hot embers, to furious bag pipe and drum accompaniment
How to get there
The nearest airport at Bourgas is just 35km away (approximately 30 minutes by car).
Varna airport is also accessible at 80km distance. At present, British Airways fly from Gatwick to Varna with prices from £184 return (all taxes included).
