This is the unique Etara apartment complex in the picturesque coastal town of St Vlas.

It is located on the front line of St Vlas coastline, close to the new boat marina. It's design replicates the Bulgarian traditional style of architecture, that is found in historic Bulgarian towns such as Etara, (of which it is named after), with it's famous open air museum. This holiday apartment complex, with it's modern facilities complements the local history and culture of the region, and creates a truly unique holiday experience.

Etara complex has two separate swimming pools, a restaurant, fitness/gym room with equipment, supermarket, and secure parking.

The penthouse apartment is situated on the top floor ( fourth floor ) of house 2, approximately halfway down the Etara complex. It measures a total are of 65m2 that includes two balconies. One balcony can be accessed directly from the bedroom and faces backwards towards the Stara Planina hills. From the living room the other balcony can be accessed. This balcony faces the front and has a sea view over the roof top of the buiding in front and side views.

Access to the apartment is by stairs, there is not lift.

The bathroom is a shower room, also with the standard wash basin, and toilet.

The living room and bedroom have many windows that give the apartment a lot of light.

The apartment has a large airconditioner in the living room area, an a slightly smaller one in the bedroom.

Fast internet can be supplied to the apartment if required.

The washing machine in the apartment is new.

The microwave is also new, and it has a grill facility. Although currently there is no freezer, there are two fridges as can be seen on the photos. One is placed on top of the other. Each has there own ice box area.

Towels and bedlinen will be supplied and the apartment cleaned. This is included in the price.

For a two week stay, there would be a clean 2 times during the stay.

For long stays the cleaning would be every seventh day.

Also is included all electricity costs.

If unlimited fast internet is required, this is an additional 15 Euros for your stay.

The Black Sea Coast region

Northern Black Sea coast

Clean and calm sea with shallow sloping sandy bottom, in addition there is no tide, which makes the beaches safe. Often wide beaches with fine grain golden sands, venerable forest and numerous mineral springs. All these feathures make the Northern Black Sea coast an attractive place for Bulgarian and foreign holiday-makers.

Bulgaria is one of the cheapest holiday destinations.

St Vlas

The old town of St Vlas is an ideal base to explore the busy region and tourism hub of Bulgaria, ( Sunny Beach ), yet escape back 4km North to the more tranquil St Vlas enviroment.

There are regular mini bus shuttle trips available from Etara 2, and regular bus transport available from the bus stop 200m towards St Vlas town. Also from the bus stop there is free transport provided to take tourists to the local aquapark 10 km away.

There are many restaurants and coffee shops/ bars to choose from. St Vlas, and has an attractive town square, and local shops. The air is refreshing as the town is trapped between the sea, and also at the base of the Stara Planina hills covered in trees that provide the clean air.

During July and August the hotest month, there is typically very little rain.

The recently built high class boat marina, with its range of attractions, restaurants and bars is an ideal place to relax, and provides a variety of boat trips and pleasure cruises for low prices. Sunny Beach is only 4 km down the road, and The Unesco heritage site of Old Nessebar is 7km by road, or you can also travel there by the regular boat service from the marina.

Victoria Spa Centre is situated close by on the beach and behind the marina it was one of the finalists of the 2013 World Spa & Wellness Awards.

Garden of Eden complex (next door) compliments the class and style of the area, but also helps to provide many additional amenities of other restaurants and services.
