The apartment is situated within Sun Coast Villas, a private front line holiday complex with pool, landscaped gardens, restaurant/bar, mini-market, car parking and 24 hour security.
There is direct access to the sea front and the village centre is a 15 minute walk away. The main beach by the new marina is a short walk via adjoining resorts.

The Black Sea Coast region
St Vlas (Sveti Vlas) is a beautiful seaside village on the Black Sea coast of Bulgaria, at the southern foothills of the Balkan mountain range. It is located 4 km from Sunny Beach and 9km from the ancient town of Nessebar.
The Black Sea coast is the border between Europe and Asia, with an excellent combination of mountains and sea. Settlement dates back to the 2nd Century AD and evidence of its rich history and cultural past can still be seen today.
The weather is a perfect mix of warm Mediterranean climate during the day, and cooler night air from the mountains to refresh after a hot day on the beach.
The Black Sea Coast offers a wide range of leisure activities and is excellent value for money.
St Vlas area
St Vlas forms part of the ‘Bulgarian Riviera’ and combines traditional local village with modern apartment developments. The resort has developed as a more upmarket and less crowded alternative to the nearby Sunny Beach resort.
The newly opened marina at St Vlas offers various local boat trips and cruises, including trips to Nessebar and Sunny Beach, evening cruises and fishing trips. The marina is a short walk from Sun Coast Villas.
There are many restaurants in and around St Vlas. There is a restaurant onsite, or you can dine at one of the local restaurants in the village, or walk along the coast and use any of the restaurants in neighbouring resorts.
Sunny Beach is only 4 km from St Vlas, and is a larger and busier resort, offering entertainment both day and night.
The ancient town of Nessebar lies on a peninsular 9 km from St Vas and can be accessed by boat from the marina, or by bus or taxi. Nessebar has been designated a UNESCO world heritage site, with ancient monuments including the acropolis, temple of Apollo, an agora, fortress and Basilica. The town provides a romantic setting for an evening meal in one of its many restaurants overlooking the sea, with views stretching across the bay to St Vlas and Sunny Beach.
Sozopol is located approximately 70 km south of St Vlas, and there are regular excursions from St Vlas to Sozopol. Sozopol is a picturesque ancient town dramatically located on a headline that stretches out into the sea. The city has a wealth of architecture, with cobbled lanes, ancient houses, impressive beaches and seaside restaurants that boast stunning views.
How to get there
Nearest airport is Bourgas (BOJ) which is approximately 35 mins by taxi. You can also fly into Varna (VAR) airport which is about 1 hour 40 mins by taxi.

£50 non refundable deposit is required to secure bookings. Full balance is due 6 weeks prior to departure. £50 cheque required as security against breakages and damages. The cheque will be returned to you by post on your return, provided no damages have been incurred. All cancellations must be notified at least 6 weeks prior to departure. For cancellations made later than 6 weeks prior to departure, monies will only be refundable if the property can be re-let for the cancelled period. The £50 deposit is non refundable. The property must be vacated in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the rental period. Any losses or damages to the property will be paid for in full by the customer. Use of electrical items such as kettle, toaster etc. is entirely at the discretion of the user and we will not be responsible for any injury or damage that may result from such usage.
