Perfect for Family & Friends Travelling together - Our Holiday Apartments are located in one building from the Ground to the Fourth Floor. Each has the same amazing scenery - to the right uninterrupted sea views and to the left looking out over Panorama Fort Beach. The spacious lounge and bedrooms have large windows allowing in maximum sunlight this coupled with the great balconies enable you to make the most of this perfect alfresco environment. This wonderful resort has something for everyone making it the ideal location for both families and couples looking to have the perfect break away - in total we have six apartments in close proximity for those really big groups wanting to stay close together .
Appropriately named Panorama it sits on a private beach which can be accessed only by guests. The very well known and busy resort of Sunny Beach caters for every taste and is only a short bus or taxi ride away and the picturesque ancient town of Nessebar is 15 mins away.
The local village of St Vlas is fast becoming the elite place to stay with great bars and restaurants focused around the village square. The Panorama really has excellent facilities; this resort is especially suitable for families or couples as there are 4 pools, one with a wave machine, 2 children's pools with slides and features. There is also a tennis court, football field and a fitness centre at your disposal.
The food at the restaurant is very good and incredible value. To help you make the most of your holiday the staff are on hand 24 hours per day and will be happy to share their local knowledge.

The Black Sea Coast region
The beaches of the Black Sea Coast face east, enabling you to enjoy the wonderful views of the sun coming up over the water, very romantic and very relaxing. The waters of the Black Sea are calm and without strong tide which is great is you have children with you, or if you’re not the water baby you pretend to be
The resort is within easy access to Bulgaria's many inland attractions, which include Roman ruins, ancient castles, monasteries, and many vineyards - the whole area offers natural beauty and with the summer climate the Temperatures reach an average 27 degrees.
This "Costa del Sol" of Bulgaria is about 200 kilometres long and Sunny Beach and St Vlas are the more popular due to vast array of activities, lovely restaurants and of course the odd bar or two. All this with the added benefit of giving good value for money and lots of lovely sunshine.
St Vlas area
St Vlas languishes within the bay of Nessebar, only a short distance from the resort. This is the local village and has a selection of shops , bars, and restaurants to explore. St vlas has a brand new marina and yacht centre where you can berth, hire, and buy yachts. It also has it’s own beaches and seafront bars. Take time out in St Vlas, savour the array of fine foods whilst admiring the sun set views of the bay and the beautiful UNESCO protected Nessebar.
There are 2 beach bars both serving good value drinks and food for all tastes. Various water sports are available including jet ski’s etc. There is also a children’s club on the beach which is air conditioned and fully supervised. This is available everyday for a small charge.
Along the beach front (approx 200 yards) there is a water taxi you can use to go across the bay to Nessebar, it's a lovely trip, taking approximately 30 minutes and returning after a few hours - the perfect method for those who wish to explore this amazing historical city.

How to get there
Over the years Bulgaria has become one of the Holiday Hotspots and to reflect the Popularity more accessible and competitive airlines have opened up the market to create an excellent value holiday or quick break. Flying time is approximately 3.5 Hours. Our apartments are approximately 30km from Bourgas Airport (approx 35 mins travel time) and approximately 90KMs from Varna (90 mins)
Taxis are very competitive and easy to pick up outside the airport but the easiest alternative is to pre-arrange an airport collection this can be booked online for as little as £17 GBP each way
Car hire is available through the airport, Sunny Beach or through the Complex but with the excellent local bus service and a plentiful supply of taxis it's not necessary to book one

Further details indoors: These large one bed apartments (66sqm + terrace) are fully equipped and ready to make your holiday experience as easy and as comfortable as possible. The spacious lounge and bedrooms have large windows to allow maximum sunlight in and the furniture is new and very comfortable. If you require a cot, high chair or addtional single bed please ask for details when booking.
All linen and bath/face towels are provided in the apartment except beach towels - please bring your own.
There is plenty of storage space. Please only smoke on the Terrace as all apartments are no smoking.
Further details outdoors: The Panorama Resort is part of the Grand Resort which has an amazing array of facilities that you are able to use as a guest of the Panorama. The Premier frontline beach apartments are in Panorama and Marina but it is just a short walk across the road to access the Crown Fort and Imperial Fort resorts. Collectively you will have the following at your disposal, you should never be bored! Four restaurants, fifteen swimming pools (a large 25m pool, one with a wave machine, one with a jacuzzi and there's even a pool with a great water slide), three children's swimming pools and thirteen playgrounds, two supermarkets, beauty centre, medical centre and full tourist information and change services. Also for a small charge you may choose to enjoy some tennis or table tennis, football, billiards or for those who are really energetic there is a fitness centre to use.

Conditions
- We need a 30% deposit to secure your booking. The balance is then payable 8 weeks prior to departure, or immediately if your booking is made within 8 weeks of your departure date.
- A refundable security deposit of £75 is required . This will be returned to you within 14 days of return of the apartment keys to us providing our agent has found everything to be in order.
- Cancellation- All booking cancellations MUST be confirmed in writing to us.
- A 50 euro refundable deposit will be required upon check in for your magnetic cards to access the private beach
