About the home

The apartment is located in the Panorama Fort Beach complex, a new development near the Bourgas Airport and 20 minutes away from the resort of Sunny Beach.

It features one large double bedroom and one double sofa bed, sleeping up to 4 people

It has a fully equipped kitchen area. A Terrace with table and chairs off both the lounge and bedroom.


Panorama Fort Beach offers a restaurant, a food centre, four pools: one with artificial waves, one with Jacuzzi, one with an artificial waterfall and a 25 m. swimming pool, two pools for children with water attractions, three children's play areas, and a tennis court /football field.

There is also the possibility of using all the facilities of Marina View Fort Beach, Messambria Fort Beach, and Privilege Fort Beach.

The nearest town is Sveti Vlas which itself has its own beaches, restaurants and water sports facilities. A regular bus service and taxi's link Panorama with Sunny Beach and Sveti Vlas


The complex is surrounded by the stunning scenery of the ocean and mountains and is a secure complex for guests and residents only.

This is a large spacious 1 bedroom apartment on the 1st floor.

There is direct access to the terrace from the lounge and the bedroom.

There is one bathroom with shower cubicle.

All rooms are fully air conditioned.

Choice of pools - one with artificial waves, one with Jacuzzi, one with an artificial waterfall and a 25 m. swimming pool, two pools for children with water attractions.

The terrace features a table and chairs for 4 people for outside dining.

Directly next to the complex is a beautiful white sandy beach with blue flag awards for cleanliness. The gently sloping sands allow you to venture up to 50 m into the water before the depth increases to 1.5 m. The beach area has five lifeguard stations evenly spaced along its length. The beach is only accessible on foot and therefore is only available to guests of the complexes and hotels adjacent to it. This ensures it is never crowded and very safe for children and adults alike.

There are 2 beach bars both serving good value drinks and food for all tastes. Various water sports are available including jet ski’s etc. There is also a children’s club on the beach which is air conditioned and fully supervised. This is available everyday for a small charge. Twice a day there is a water taxi across the bay to Nessebar, which returns approx 2 hrs later, allowing time to explore this ancient city.

The Black Sea Coast region

St Vlas languishes within the bay of Nessebar and the views directly across from the resort are of the ancient town of Nessebar.

Nessebar is a UNESCO, world heritage site.

Situated on a rocky peninsula on the Black Sea, the more than 3,000-year-old site of Nessebar was originally a Thracian settlement (Menebria). At the beginning of the 6th century B.C., the city became a Greek colony. The city's remains, which date mostly from the Hellenistic period, include the acropolis, a temple of Apollo, an agora and a wall from the Thracian fortifications.

Local arts and crafts will often be displayed amongst the ancient cobbled streets and there are many art galleries tucked away within the ancient buildings.

The beauty of St Vlas is that it can never become over developed as it rests between the majestic Stara Planina mountain range and the beautiful Black Sea coast. This also ensures that the area has its own distinct micro-climate which is milder than the rest of the coast

The complex is situated about 5km away from the busy resort of Sunny beach. This is perfect as it allows you to to be involved in all it has to offer or enjoy the peace and quite of Panorama Fort Beach. Sunny beach has a lively nightlife with clubs, quality restaurants, shops and bars.
Buses and taxis are available outside the complex and are reasonably priced at about 6 pounds for four people.

The St Vlas area

St vlas is approx 2 km from the complex. This is the local village and has a selection of shops , bars, and restaurants to explore. St vlas has a brand new marina and yacht centre where you can berth, hire, and buy yachts. It also has it’s own beaches and seafront bars.

The nearest airport is Bourgas and a taxi from there to the apartment will take approx 30 minutes. You can also fly to Varna airport and the journey from there is approximately 90 minutes. The taxi fare from Bourgas should be around £20, however, it is advisable to agree your fare with the driver beforehand.
