This 5 star complex also benifits from being situated on it's own private beach, with several swimming pool's, pool bars, indoor pool, fully equipped gym, sauna, jaccuci, pool room, shops and medical centre.There is free wi-fi internet in vista bar or you can pay at hotel reception and have internet in your apartment, also a few metres from the apartment is a lift to all floors.

St Vlas (Sveti Vlas)is located on the Black Sea coast of Bulgaria, The busy resort of Sunny Beach is only 4 km down the coast and the acient town of Nessebar is a shot boat trip away. St Vlas is located at the foothills of the Balkan mountain range.
Giving the perfect combination of sea and mountains. Settlement can be dated as far back as the 2nd centuary evedence of this can been seen in Nessebar, which is rich in history
The weather is warm Mediterranean sunshine through the day, with the night 's benifiting from the cool mountains air .
The Black Sea Coast is great value for money offering a wide range of leisure activities.
The St Vlas / Garden of Eden Resort area
St Vlas forms part of the ‘Bulgarian Riviera’ and combines traditional local village with modern apartment developments. The resort has developed as a more upmarket and less crowded alternative to the nearby Sunny Beach resort.
The newly opened marina at St Vlas offers various local boat trips and cruises, including trips to Nessebar and Sunny Beach, evening cruises and fishing trips.
There are many local restaurants in and around the village of St Vlas, or walk along the coast and use any of the restaurants in neighbouring resorts.
Sunny Beach is only 4 km from St Vlas, and is a larger and busier resort, offering entertainment both day and night.
The ancient town of Nessebar lies on a peninsular 9 km from St Vas and can be accessed by boat from the marina, or by bus or taxi. Nessebar has been designated a UNESCO world heritage site, with ancient monuments including the acropolis, temple of Apollo, an agora, fortress and Basilica. The town provides a romantic setting for an evening meal in one of its many restaurants overlooking the sea, with views stretching across the bay to St Vlas and Sunny Beach.
Sozopol is located approximately 70 km south of St Vlas, and there are regular excursions from St Vlas to Sozopol. Sozopol is a picturesque ancient town dramatically located on a headline that stretches out into the sea. The city has a wealth of architecture, with cobbled lanes, ancient houses, impressive beaches and seaside restaurants that boast stunning views.

The Garden of Eden resort St Vlas is on the Black Sea and only 25 minutes from Bourgas airport with direct charter flights from most UK regional ariports including Doncaster, East Midlands, Stansted, Birmingham, Newsastle, Manchester, Luton, and Gatwick and also from many European Airports. The alternative airport is Varna and then a transfer down to St Vlas, which takes approximatly 1hr 30 mins.

"The apartment was spacious and comfortable, clean and modern. Not overlooked, and the views from all balconies were lovely. The complex is beautiful, well maintained, and was not overcrowded when we were there. The staff at reception reasonably helpful, athough they do not manage the property, and are limited as to what they do. Agent in Bulgaria was excellent, very helpful. All in all we had a really lovely holiday, definitely exceded our expectations, and we would have no hesitation in returning."

"This is a really nice development. It is a little far from other restaurants if you want to eat out- perhaps a mile and a bits walk. The entertainment team were super and there is plenty to do during the stay. The air con is very handy as it was pretty hot in early August. Everywhere is clean and well presented."

We had a wonderful time at ANNA 504. The apartment was totally fitted to our family, especially for our oldest daughter, her husband and their son they took the en-suite room, so they could separate, now and then, for the little ones special program, yet being all together. At the end, they were more relaxed and encouraged by their first holiday as parents. The view was splendid, the large terrace was very useful for playing and dining, the DVDs and beach toys we found were a nice surprise and completed the few ones we had taken from home. The rooms were nice and clean, with beautiful views, the kitchen was all right. Generally, Garden of Eden, with its outdoor and indoor pools and its own beach, is a very pleasant and comfortable place to spend holiday for families with little children. Beautiful surroundings easy to reach - the forest, Marina, Nessebar, etc The little town with supermarkets and restaurants is at a walking distance (some ten minutes). Nice little terraces were one can eat amazing Bulgarians plates. All in all, it was a really nice holiday we would like to come back another summer.
