Simply stunning sea views! A beautifully furnished 2 bed seafront apartment in a first class holiday resort, just metres from the sea and a white sandy beach. The resort is located at the edge of St.Vlas in the heart of a quiet bay. Yet, the attractions of Bulgaria's largest and most popular Black Sea resort of Sunny Beach are just minutes away ,making this an ideal location for couples and families with children. And as you have access to the entire Panorama/Marina View complex some pools have children’s play areas co-located, and others for a quieter atmosphere don’t. The uninterrupted panoramic views sea views looking out over the paninsular of Nessebar and the white sandy beaches of Sunny beach are wonderful, if you're lucky you may witness dolphins swimming by, as I was in July 06 whilst sipping a coffee on the balcony (see photo taken July 06 from Balcony)

The Black Sea Coast region
The climate in this region would best be described as good, with mostly sunny days from May to October with mid-summer temperatures averaging 83°F (28°C) and sea temperatures from 73-77°F (23-25°C).
The Public transport in the area is good, with busses running regularly. A bus stop is situated directly opposite the Complex's main entrance (5m), this services the Sunny beach and Nessebar area's. From there you can catch a bus into Bourgas or Varna. You will never be stuck for a taxi, but remember agree a price before getting in. The international airport of Bourgas is a 20 to 30 minute drive away and Varna to the North is just over a hours drive, both are served by a variety of international carriers and charter airlines from throughout Europe.
Nessebar situated 9 Km away (SW) from the apartment, and can be clearly seen from the balcony it is well worth the visit. It has a number of historic buildings and Orthodox churches. There is a wide variety of very good restaurants many of which specialize in locally caught seafood. Expect to pay a little more for food and accommodation here. If you are driving a car be prepared to park it just prior to entering Nessebar, as there are few spaces to park and they fill up quickly, however I recommend the walk, it's worth it. Pack a Picnic, stroll around the many cobble streets, browse the curios and be sure to spend some time on the beach, its idyllic.
St Vlas area
Marina Fort View Beach resort is located along the coastal town of St. Vlas ( known as Sveti Vlas by Locals). St. Vlas is a beautiful coastal village of approx. 3000 inhabitants, situated just 5 kilometers north of Sunny Beach and 9 kilometers from Nessebar. This magnificent resort is situated at the foot of the Balkan mountain range rolling onto a beautiful coastline and white sandy beaches. It has been developed into a modern beach destination over the past few years. It makes for a perfect holiday destination for those who want to enjoy the spectacular views of the mountain while having fun on the beach.
How to get there
Wizz Air - scheduled flights from London Luton to Bourgas airport, from May 2006, flying 3 times a week (outward Monday, Wednesday & Saturday, return Tuesday, Thursday & Sunday). Prices are from £19.99 each way and so a return fare including all taxes can cost as little as £80.
Bulgaria Air - from 31st May 2006, to offer scheduled flights twice-weekly to Bourgas airport direct from London Gatwick on Wednesdays and Friday, for £175 return fare including all taxes.
VARNA AIRPORT – Is approximately 90 minutes from our 2 bedroom seafront apartment.
British Airways - scheduled flights to Varna from London Gatwick from March 2006. Prices including all charges are presently under £150 return.
Bulgaria Air - flies London to Varna non-stop, and also Amsterdam to Varna.

Further details outdoors: There are at present 2 restaurant bars a supermarket and a car hire office. For a small hire charge the following are available, five-a-side football pitch, tennis court, broadband Internet room, sauna, & fitness gym. There are also 6 playground areas, which consist of a swing, slide and climbing frame. These are situated close by the pools and are built on rubber safety mats. The complex can only be accessed through manned security gates so personnel security for you and your family is guaranteed. There is a medical centre located within the complex for minor ailments and full 24hr medical and dental facilities available in sunny beach. They have recently opened a putt putt course within the complex and a beauty salon.

A non refundable deposit of £100 is required on booking and the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure, or immediately if booking is made within 8 weeks of departure date. A refundable security deposit of £100.00 is required against breakages and damage which will be refunded within 14 days of return of the apartment keys to us providing our agent has found everything to be in order after checking the apartment inventory. - Occupancy - the maximum occupancy is 4 persons - Changes to facilities - we cannot be held responsible for changes to the described facilities due to circumstances beyond our control. Also we cannot be held liable for the unforeseen breakdown or failure of any household appliance, equipment or system during your stay. You are responsible for the safety of your personal items, however the complex security is very good here. Room cleaning and a linen change is available by arrangement with us. - Cancellation- All booking cancellations MUST be confirmed in writing to us.
