The rental price includes pre and post departure maid service. Linen and towels are also provided. The apartment has a washing machine. Cots and high chairs are available to hire from reception. Regular maid service / weekly cleaning service available at an additional cost.

The apartment has a modern spacious feel, coupled with a superb sea view, with the balcony directly overlooking the Garden of Eden Arthouse swimming pool and cafe. The apartment has open plan layout with a good sized kitchen / breakfast bar adjoining the dining room and sitting room (which contains a double sofa bed).

The apartment contains a dining table with 4 chairs. The sitting room opens up onto a good sized balcony which features direct views of the sea, pool, Arthouse cafe and private gardens.

There is a three seater sofa which converts into a double bed plus a matching armchair. In the living area there is a television with cable channels. The living areas (open plan sitting room and bedroom) are fully air conditioned via a remote controlled wall mounted unit.

The bedroom offers storage facilities in the wardrobe and vanity unit. There are two single beds which can be combined to create a large double. The bedroom also benefits from a separate air conditioning unit.

The bathroom has a bath with stand in shower, basin and lavatory.

Garden of Eden is a beautiful modern 5 star complex, a safe and secure environment, a perfect family destination which will also suit couples seeking a relaxing (or alternatively - active!) holiday in well kept and comfortable surroundings.

Our 1 bedroom apartment has a sea view and is set in the new Arthouse frontline complex, overlooking the Arthouse cafe and stunning dual inifinity pool. Olivia 0410 is approximately 50 m from the south facing private beach, boat pier and promenade.

The complex has very attractive grounds and gardens, 3 restaurants, 8 swimming pools (including a pool side 'wet' bar), and a heated inside pool. The popular Fish restaurant is set by the private beach and mooring pier, and offers a wide selection of local cuisine and seafood.

There are several bars including pool bars, tennis courts, a fully equipped gym, 5 aside football pitch (with afternoon football organised most afternoons during the holiday season) sauna, jacuzzi, pool room, internet access, table tennis, supermarket and medical centre.

Please note that we will require a 25% deposit to secure a booking. The balance plus a refundable security deposit of £150 (for possible breakages) should then be paid 8 weeks before your arrival date.

Payments can be made electronically by bank transfer to our UK bank account in £’s sterling.

In the event of guests cancelling their booking, the booking deposit will be forfeited. If the full balance has been paid we will refund as follows:

29 to 56 days before arrival date – 50% refunded

15 to 28 days before arrival date – 25% refunded

0 to 14 days before arrival date – 10% refunded.

The Black Sea Coast region

The Bulgarian Black Sea Coast is a popular destination for thousands of visitors every summer, with warm sea temperatures, a sunny climate, white sand beaches and modern resorts with a feel similar to many Mediterranean destinations. On average there are more than 240 hours of sunshine in May and September and more than 300 hours in July and August.The main summer season goes from May to October, with average temperatures during the day in July and August of 27°C, and water temperatures of 24°C.

St Vlas

The St Vlas / Garden of Eden Resort area

The Garden of Eden Complex is one of newest and most prestigious resorts in the area and benefits from it's own stretch of south facing private beach. St Vlas offers many tourist shops, plus local bars and lively restaurants which offer great value for money.Nearby is the town centre of St Vlas (Sveti Vlas) which is around 15 minutes on foot or a short bus journey away.

Within walking distance is the Vlas marina which opened fully in 2008. The marina offers high quality dining and shopping with views of the harbour. Boat tours are available from here.

The large and lively Sunny Beach resort is a 10 minute taxi or 20 minute bus ride away. Sunny Beach has everything a large holiday resort brings including extensive beaches, water sports, bars, clubs and shopping. There is a bus stop about 400m from the resort entrance offering regular and very cheap services.

Across the bay is the ancient and historic town of Nessebar, accessible by ferry or road. Located on a peninsular 9 km south of St. Vlas and connected by bridge, the island has been designated a UNESCO world heritage site, with many interesting museums and churches as well as shops and restaurants. Nessebar is a small and picturesque town with narrow cobblestone streets.

"One of the best apartments in the complex"

We are now back from our holiday and wanted to say a big THANK YOU for the amazing holiday we had at your apartment at GOE. The apartments was very comfortable and we were very pleasantly surprised how well it was equipped,especially the kitchen. The view is just amazing towards the sea and the infinity pool, it was great to have a morning coffee and enjoy the sea view from the terrace. I found myself sitting on the couch in the living room and just looking at the sea, such a bliss. There are so many activities that you can enjoy apart from the beach and the pools - we played tennis together and my husband met many new friends at his daily football games, I enjoyed the morning yoga classes and our toddler is still talking about the mini disco. One day we went to Nessebar on the boat and this is something we recommend to everyone. Garden of Eden is one of the best maintained complexes in Bulgaria with all the beautiful gardens and pools you can never tell if the complex is full, it just feels so relaxing. We loved the Italian restaurant, the service and food were great , the fish restaurant by the sea is also great and busy at the evenings we had to book a table in advance. We loved our holiday at Garden of Eden, there is something for everyone, once you try it you will come back again, and we indeed return for our 5th year :) I can recommend Olivia 410 as one of the best apartments in the complex !
