The Black Sea Coast region
Sunny Beach is naturally protected by the Balkan mountain range to the north and approximately 1,700 hours of sunshine from May to October can be expected. Average daily temperatures in the summer reach 30°C, but feels pleasant with a fresh onshore breeze.
Eating and drinking is very cheap in Bulgaria with a meal costing an average of £4 per person, a pint of beer for less than 50 pence and a good Bulgarian wine costing around £2.50 a bottle.
St Vlas area
Sunny Beach is located just 5 miles away from the apartments in St. Vlas / Elenite. Regarded as the largest Bulgarian sea resort it is situated on a semi-circular bay along the southern part of the Black Sea Riviera. It has a five-mile (8km) strip of beach comprising of golden sand and is considered to be the best beach along the coast. It is a perfect all-round holiday destination with a warm Mediterranean climate, clean and calm water and safe swimming. In recognition, Sunny Beach has been awarded the prestigious Blue Flag award and is ideal for families with children.
Besides sunbathing and swimming the resort offers many water and land-based activities. By night options are endless with restaurants, pubs, aqua bars, discos, and nightclubs. Excursions are available from both Sunny Beach and St. Vlas. Should you fancy a Jeep Safari, a visit to one of the Aqua Parks, a cruise, or even take part in a Bingo & Quiz night, it’s all available!

The nearest airport at Bourgas is just 35km away (approximately 30 minutes by car).
Transfers from Bourgas Airport can be arranged upon request (approximately £17.50 each way)
Varna airport is also accessible at 80km distance. At present, British Airways fly from Gatwick to Varna with prices from £184 return (all taxes included).

Further details indoors: The air conditioned living room includes a double sofa bed, TV and a DVD player. A door leads out to the south facing sea front balcony with furniture where you can sit in the sun and enjoy uninterrupted panoramic views of the entire bay.
The kitchen area comprises of a fully fitted kitchen with all essential appliances including hob, cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave as well as all accessories including cutlery etc.
The air conditioned bedroom has a double bed with two single mattresses and duvets, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table and has access to the balcony. The bedroom contains a hairdrier, reading lights and security safe.
Further details outdoors: Panorama Fort Beach, Imperial Fort Club and Crown Fort Club are complexes adjacent to Marina View Fort Beach and guests will have access to use the facilities.
This private resort is immaculately tended, with fifteen crystal clear swimming pools - one with artificial waves, one with Jacuzzi, one with an artificial waterfall and a 25 m. swimming pool, as well as two pools for children with water attractions. The resort offers three restaurants, a cafeteria, a shopping centre, three children's playgrounds, beauty and medical centres, a fitness club, a sauna, a tennis court/football field, shops, a private beach, a guarded parking lot. Access to the complex is limited to guests and their friends.
