The apartment is situated in the Fort Noks Marina View complex. Transfer time from bourgas airport is 30 mins,and from varna airport it is approx 90 mins. This is a brand new front line complex , which is part of the combined marina view/ panorama complexes, and the facilities of both are available to use. These include 9 swimming pools one of which is a wave pool. All pools have lifeguards in attendance from 9.00 until 18.00 hrs everyday. There is a separate area with a Jacuzzi pool and massage service.
There are at present 2 restaurant bars a supermarket and a car hire office. For a small hire charge the following are available, five-a-side football pitch, tennis court, broadband Internet room, sauna, & fitness gym. There are also 6 playground areas, which consist of a swing, slide and climbing frame. These are situated close by the pools and are built on rubber safety mats. The complex can only be accessed through manned security gates so personnel security for you and your family is guaranteed. There is a medical centre located within the complex for minor ailments and full 24hr medical and dental facilities available in sunny beach.

The Black Sea Coast region
LOCATION
The complex is situated about 5km away from the busy resort of Sunny beach. This is perfect as it allows you to pick and choose when you want to be involved in all it has to offer, and when you want the peace and quite of marina view. Sunny beach has all the nightlife you could want with clubs, quality restaurants, shops and bars to suit everyone. Buses and taxis are available from right outside the complex entrance and are very reasonably priced at about 6 pounds for four people. Other attractions in sunny beach include horse riding, go-karting and an aqua-park.
St Vlas area
The village of St vlas is approx 2 km from the complex. This is the local village and has a selection of shops , bars, and restaurants. St vlas has a brand new marina and yacht centre where you can berth, hire, and buy yachts. It also has it’s own beaches and seafront bars.
How to get there
Fly to Bourgas airport, approx 25km from apartments (transfer time 25 mins), or Varna airport, approx 90km from apartments (transfer time 90 mins).
Taxis are available at approx 35 euros each way from Bourgas. Collection from the airport can be arranged for up to 8 people at an additional cost of approx 40 euros.

Further details indoors: THE APARTMENT This is a large spacious 2-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment on the top floor. The apartment has a huge L shaped balcony, which is east and south facing giving a choice of sun or shade throughout the day. All rooms have direct access to the balcony, which overlooks two of the nine swimming pools available for your enjoyment. From sunrise in the east to sunset in the west the uninterrupted views across the bay to nessebar and Sunny beach have to be seen to be believed. All the rooms are fully air-conditioned and individually adjustable for your own personal comfort.
BEDROOMS The apartment has two bedrooms, with an additional sofa bed that sleeps two comfortably. The master bedroom has a double bed with two bedside cabinets, a double wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The master bedroom also has an en suite bathroom with a toilet, Shower, and a hand basin. The second bedroom has two single beds with bedside cabinets. The second bathroom is located directly opposite this bedroom across the hall and has a shower, toilet, and hand basin.
LIVING ROOM The living room is a spacious open plan kitchen/diner layout. The fully fitted kitchen includes a washing machine, fridge/freezer, electric oven, hob, kettle, toaster and a full compliment of crockery easily enough for six people. There is a kitchen table and four chairs. There is a 2-seater & a 3- seater couch with 2 low level coffee tables. There is a TV which can be used to view DVDs .The DVD player can also be used to play CDs.

THE BEACH Directly next to the complex is a beautiful bay called Paradise Beach. This is fabulous sweeping white sandy beach with blue flag awards for cleanliness. The gently sloping sands allow you to venture up to 50 m into the water before the depth increases to 1.5 m. The beach area has five lifeguard stations evenly spaced along its length. Paradise beach is only accessible on foot and therefore is only available to guests of the complexes and hotels adjacent to it. This ensures it is never crowded and very safe for children and adults alike.
There are 2 beach bars both serving good value drinks and food for all tastes. Various water sports are available including jet ski’s etc. There is also a children’s club on the beach which is air conditioned and fully supervised. This is available everyday for a small charge. Twice a day there is a water taxi across the bay to Nessebar, which returns approx 2 hrs later, allowing time to explore this ancient city.
