About the home

I have one air conditioned ground floor apartment in this complex, just 150 metres from the sea and Marina. Suitable for couples and families, it sleeps 4 people (2 in the bedroom & 2 on a bed settee in the living room).
Prices include everything but airport transfers.
The complex is in a quiet area, but has all amenities on site including: reception, laundry room, 2 swimming pools, restaurant, snack bars and gym. You can see all around the bay to Sunny Beach and Nessebar from the front pool. English speaking reception staff on site.
There is plenty of free car parking space on the complex.
PRICES ARE FOR THE APARTMENT PER WEEK NOT PER PERSON! (Bed linen, towels and air conditioning included).
This apartment is managed by an English company (for cleaning etc.).
Please bring your own beach towels.

A refundable damages amount of £100 or the euro equivalent is to be paid with the final balance.
Arrival time is after 14.00 departure time before 11.00 (unless special arrangements made).
To book a 20% deposit is payable and full balance 8 weeks before holiday.
Discount for long term rentals, but must be paid in advance.
Payment can be made in euros and £(GB) through Internet banking, a bank transfer, or with a credit card and debit card through Paypal, (no cheques).
There will be a charge for paying with Paypal.
Transport to the apartment from Bourgas (one way for 1 - 4 people) 60 Leva payable to taxi driver.

The Black Sea Coast region

The Black Sea Coast has high temperatures, with plenty of sunshine hours.
It has white sandy beaches and warm sea from June to September.
In this region are historical monuments, including a World Heritage Site at Nessebar.

The St Vlas / Vega area

St. Vlas has all the amenities you need, such as shops, restaurants and Internet cafes (which are cheaper here). It also has a new marina just in front of the apartments, with restaurants, bars and shops.
St Vlas is just 300m.
Sunny Beach is only a 5 minute bus ride and the bus stops near the apartment.
In Sunny Beach you will find all the attractions such as: water sports, paragliding, Aqua Parks, restaurants, discos, bars, and clubs.
Nessebar is just 5 minutes from Sunny Beach by bus and is well worth a visit. After strolling around the ancient buildings, you can enjoy a meal in a restaurant overlooking the harbour or sea.

Less than 14 days before rental period: 100 % of rental price

A "no show" on the date of arrival will be taken as a cancellation.

If the accommodation has to be cancelled due to "acts of God", volcanic eruptions etc. A full refund of paid amount minus apartment arrival cleaning and meet & greet service will be given.
