About the home

A well appointed, air conditioned, two bedroom, two bathroom apartment ideal for Adults and families which is located within the Marina View Fort Noks complex and just a short distance away from the centre of Sunny Beach.

The spacious apartment is on the first floor with sea views from both balconies, which also overlook two of the complex pools and is complete with a fully fitted kitchen.

The apartment faces south, towards the sea. Therefore, both balconies benefit from the sunshine from dawn until dusk in the summer. So you can enjoy a relaxing drink or two at anytime of the day on the balcony in the sunshine and watch the world go by.

We accept payment by Paypal for overseas rentals.

A £100 deposit is required upon your booking and the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure or in full if the booking is made within the 8 week period.

Cancellations to be confirmed in writing and will result in loss of deposit within 8 weeks of departure and loss of balance within 5 weeks of departure.

The Black Sea Coast region

There is regular bus transport from Nessebar, Sunny Beach and Bourgas to Sveti Vlas and plenty of taxis.

The international airport of Burgas is a 30 to 40 minute drive away from the apartment and is served by international carriers and charter airlines from throughout Europe such as Thomson and Monarch in the UK.

Well worth a day out is the Historic town of Nessebar which has about 10,000 inhabitants and extends over a small peninsula. It lies 37km northeast of Bourgas. Its beach is considered to be one of the finest along the Black Sea coast.

The St Vlas area

Sveti Vlas (also known as St. Vlas) is a beautiful coastal village, situated just 5 kilometers north of Sunny Beach and 9 kilometers from Nessebar. It has been developed into a modern beach destination during recent years, with brand new hotels, apartments and a brand new Marina.

Nearby Sunny Beach definitely lives up to its motto of "Where families come first with the likes of kiddie trains, well-equipped playgrounds, clubs with foreign language-speaking nannies, organised festivals, campfire sessions, kids' discos, donkey safaris, sand-castle building competitions.
It's not just kids that get all the fun things to do. Sports include windsurfing, sailing, parasailing, speed boating, water skiing, horse riding, archery, mini-golf, bowling, tennis, bicycling, wall climbing and beach volleyball.

In Sunny Beach and well worth a visit is the Action Aquapark which offers family-oriented entertainment, with a broad selection of state-of-the-art and traditional water attractions, themed areas, concerts and shows, restaurants and retail outlets. Only in Action Aquapark you can try and feel the fastest water slide – drop with over 60 km/h speed, the highest – 18 meters in the sky, the longest – 120 meters. The unforgettable attractions which make Action Aquapark unique are: the high-speed slides X-Treme, Free Fall, Kamikaze and Hydrohute; the dynamic Niagara and the mysterious Black Hole; the row through the park on the 330 meters long Lazy River. Catch the wave at the king size Wave Pool and discover the amazing H20 Adventure Island with 8 own slides, geysers, fountains and waterfalls, tunnels and net bridges. There is a shuttle service provided by Fort Noks from Elenite to Sunny beach. Cost of this is generally the same as public transport.

Taxis are readily available. Although convienent, they are generally quite expensive. Always ask and agree the cost before getting in.

Officially, taking a taxi in Slunchev Briag (Sunny Beach) costs 3.50 leva a km, but there is also an initial charge of 4.50 leva. So a trip from the centre of Slunchev Briag (Sunny Beach) to St.Vlas for instance, would cost about 20 leva (10 euro).

“Fantastic apartment with great pools and close to the beach” The apartment itself was fantastic, the decor and facilities were as described,if not better. We had a great view of the pool and beach from the balcony. The pool was right in front of the apartment and the beach only a two minute walk away. There were many other pools to choose from including a wave pool and one with a slide. There were shops bars and restaurants on site with pool tables and mini golf to keep the kids amused. The closest town was a short bus or taxi drive away and had some very nice restaurants which were very cheap. You could walk to the town in about 20 minutes or so but there is not a footpath for most of the way and the road was unlit, making it a bit dangerous in my opinion coming home at night with young children. There was also a vey nice marina close by (again a walk or short taxi ride) which had some lovely restaurants. The resort was quiet and peaceful for a relaxing holiday with young children but I would not really recommend it for teenagers. However it was fairly easy to get to the resort of Sunny Beach for those looking for more action in the evenings. Response: Under construction and ready for Summer 2012 is a New footpath alongside the main road from Marina View complex into St.Vlas. Making it a safe 20-30 minute walk into the centre of St.Vlas from the apartment.
