Newly completed in April 2006 and furnished to a high standard, this apartment offers comprehensive facilities including 4 pools with water features, restaurants, bars, beauty and medical centres and a fitness centre.Right on the beach front, you can be assured of an unrestricted view in all directions. Fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons means you can create your own home from home. Depending on your mood, you could easily spend all day here relaxing, or take a 5 minute taxi ride to bustling Sunny Beach where you can experience a wider range of watersports, bars and shopping. Either way, at the end of the day, watching a black sea sunset is fab from the huge balcony.
We have an identical apartment right next door,and a third less than 500m away, ideal for larger groups or 2 or 3 families travelling together.

The Black Sea Coast region

Set between the base of the Stara Planina mountains and the warm waters of the Black Sea, St.Vlas is only 5km from its busier neighbour Sunny Beach.
Sunny Beach or Slanchiev Briag as it is known in Bulgaria is famous for its long white sandy beach stretching over 7km. The sands gently shelve into the sea making it ideal for young families and watersports.
Very warm and sunny during June, July and August - remember to pack your suncream!
For those more intrepid travellers who hire a car, you can either head north or south to find lots of interesting little towns and villages to stop off in for a spot of lunch.

St Vlas area

The ancient town of Nessebar is at the south end of the bay on a rocky outcrop, and there you can wander the cobbled streets and step back in time. The best seafood restaurants of the area can be found here.
For a break from the beach why not visit the cosmopolitan town of Burgas where you will be amazed at the low prices for food, drink and trendy clothes.
Two waterparks can be found in Sunny Beach, a fun day out for childern and adults alike.
A pedestrian promenade runs all the way along Sunny Beach and its easy to spend all day wandering along enjoying the numerous stalls, pubs and restaurants on offer. Don't forget the best part of Sunny Beach, and that's the beach itself! - Undoubtedly the best in the country.
A comfortable transfer time of around 30 mins from Burgas Airport means you can hit the beach all the sooner

How to get there

Fly to Burgas for as little as £199 return from Scotland with First Choice or Thomson.
Balkan Holidays also have flights from 14 regional airports.
Wizz Air
Airport pick up can be arranged for 50 Euros for up to 6 people.
If only 4 travelling its worth getting a local yellow cab outside the airport which may save you £10 or so.

Deposit of £50 to secure booking and £50 refundable deposit for breakages.

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
Outwith peak season a nightly tariff of £30 is available.
A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking. From this a £25 cleaning and laundry charge is taken. Those staying for 2 weeks will only be charged one payment of £25. The £25 remaining is for breakages and will be refunded to you once the property has been checked over after your holiday.
Full payment for the apartment is due 6 weeks before departure.
