About the home

5 star complex suitable for families and couples alike, with 6 outdoor pools, 3 restaurants on site including Italian and Fish restaurant on beach, and snack bars and a well stocked supermarket. The complex has its own private safe beach area which hosts water sports such as jet skiing and banana boats.

St Vlas marina with its yachts, boutique shops and range of restaurants is 5 minutes away, whilst the old town of St Vlas is a 15 minute walk with a range of restaurants to suit all pockets. The lively resort of Sunny Beach is a ten minute taxi or bus journey with exciting nightlife for those in the mood!

The Black Sea Coast region

The Black Sea Coast is Bulgaria's tourist destination in the summer months with good weather from May to September, temperatures usually reach 27 - 30 degrees in July/August. Near to St Vlas is Sunny Beach, a 4 mile long beach resort, with many hotels and restaurants, bars and discos.

Old Nessebur town nearby, which can be seen from the Garden of Eden, has narrow cobbled streets, wooden houses and medieval churches and lots of shopping opportunities.

Varna which is about an hour and a half away is the third largest city in Bulgaria and is part sea port and part beach resort, again with lots of culture, a vibrant cafe and restaurant scene and excellent shopping.

The St Vlas / Garden of Eden Resort area

5* private complex set in lovely gardens and access to private beach. Local water sports are available either through Garden of Eden or in Sunny Beach.

The complex organises numerous excursions such as snorkelling, visit to Bourgas, or a safari so there is something for everyone. Also free shuttle buses available to two good water parks nearby.

St Vlas marina with its yachts, ferraris, boutique shops and range of restaurants has been tastefully developed over the last few year. The old town of St Vlas is traditional with a range of shops, both traditional and more modern restaurants and a lively town square at night.

Sunny Beach is full of entertainment and shopping and Bourgas is again good for shopping.
