About the home

This stylish and spacious 1-bedroom apartment with private balcony is situated in a prime elevated position at Garden of Eden.

Facing south and located in a fantastic location, the apartment is beautifully and tastefully furnished to a high standard, with marble flooring throughout, and offers spectacular uninterrupted sea views. It is only 2 minutes from the private beach.

Towels and linen are included. We also supply beach towels for our guests.

Fully air conditioned, this apartment has everything you need to enjoy a fantastic holiday. It is situated above the infinity pool and has a lovely south facing furnished balcony allowing al fresco dining with magnificent uninterrupted views over the bay towards Nessebar, a UNESCO world heritage site. Accessed by stairs or lift, the apartment is ideal for 2 adults.

There is an LCD TV and DVD player (with lots of DVDs) in the living room, and a second LCD TV in the bedroom. The marble flooring throughout the whole apartment is ideal in the hot summer. All windows face south and offer stunning views over the Black Sea.

The Black Sea Coast region

St. Vlas lies below the Stara Planina mountain and offers a beautiful combination of sea and mountain climate. For a beach holiday at Garden of Eden the best time to go is between May and September when the water is warm. Summers are typically hot and dry with average temperatures of 28°C. Summer months see in excess of 250 hours of sunshine per month.

The old town of Nessebar can be seen across the bay from our apartment. Water taxis run in the summer season from Garden of Eden to Nessebar harbour. This fascinating town is rich in culture, architecture and history. Explore the narrow cobbled streets and discover its unique atmosphere. Definitely worth returning to in the evening.

Sailing around the coastline is also popular, as is a visit into the Balkan mountains, or to one of the many beautiful monasteries. This area has lots to offer.

Bulgaria continues to offer great value for money, with consistently high standards and a wide range of leisure activities.

The St Vlas / Garden of Eden Resort area

Garden of Eden is a superb holiday destination located within a stunning setting and with magnificent gardens.
The resort has its own private beach with fishing pier. It offers watersports, 7 outdoor pools, a heated indoor pool, tennis courts, gym, jacuzzi, sauna, table tennis, minimarket, restaurants, bars, fantastic animation team and a kids club for the little ones.

Situated just outside St. Vlas and only 30mins drive from Bourgas airport, the Garden of Eden complex is in the perfect location and offers fantastic sea views and a forest backdrop. It is a fantastic 5* complex that offers both families and couples alike an amazing holiday in beautiful surroundings. For a relaxing break or a fun-filled active holiday, Garden of Eden is a wonderful destination!

Garden of Eden is a destination in its own right and the premier resort on the Black Sea Coast. However, if you are looking to venture further afield, many excursions are available to guests, including one-day or two-day trips to Istanbul. Boat trips are popular and for the more adventurous, there are jeep safaris. All can be booked at the complex.

There are 3 restaurants: an Italian restaurant by the Roman Pool (which also does take-away allowing you to eat on your own balcony), a lovely fish restaurant by the boating pier, and the contemporary ‘Paradiso’ Restaurant, serving both Bulgarian and European dishes. There is also the Art Café coffee shop, by the infinity pool, offering fantastic cakes!

There are also several bars, both indoor and outdoor, but all beautifully and stylishly furnished, offering a full range of international and local spirits, fresh juices and soft drinks, draught and bottled beer, as well as fantastic cocktails!

Water sports are available on the beach: jetskis, pedal boats, fun do-nut. There is also a relaxing Spa offering a variety of spa procedures, as well as a hairdresser and beauty salon.

Windsurfing is available nearby.

As well as a superb animation team, there is also a free Kids’ club and Kids’ activities. There are also children’s sections in the swimming pools throughout the resort.

Just a 10 minute walk from Garden of Eden is St. Vlas, an attractive village with centre square, and lots of lovely shops, restaurants and bars.

Just a 10 minute walk along the beachside path you can visit the gorgeous Sveti Vlas Marina with its luxury yachts and its fabulous restaurants and chic bars.

Seven kilometres from Garden of Eden is the beautiful town of Nessebar, a UNESCO world heritage site. Nessebar, reached by a causeway, is fascinating and is famous for its numerous Byzantine churches, cobbled streets and Thracian houses.

There are two amazing waterparks close by, both offering free courtesy shuttle buses from just outside the Garden of Eden complex. Both are open from the end of May to the end of September.

The resort is close to the village of Sveti Vlas, 5Km from Sunny Beach, about 30 minutes from Bourgas Airport and 90 minutes from Varna airport. Transfers from Bourgas airport cost approx. €30 / 60 Bulgarian Leva for up to 4 people. Please contact us to arrange your collection from and to the airport.
