Our Apartment is perfect for any holidaymaker especially those with young children, we have Highchair: Travel Cot: Bed Guard: Safety Gate: Baby Walker and even a Potty and Toilet Training Seat!! Satalite Tv, Fully fitted kitchen including a washing Machine. Which all makes for a very relaxing holiday. We have a mountain / pool and sea view from our balcony, and we are just a little bit set back away from the noise. Large Complex catering for everyone with lots of facilities, We have a private Beach inc Watersports and access to a Ferry which can take you to nearby Sunny Beach or Nessebar.

Vlas - plenty of shops / restaurants / banks and a pharmacy is mins away and all the Hustle and Bustle of Sunny Beach which has EVERYTHING! is ablout 7mins away by Taxi and cost around £6.00

The Black Sea Coast region

The Black Sea Coast is truely amazing, for anyone who have not had the pleasure of visiting Bulgaria before you will be in for a real treat. The weather is lovely from May through to Sept/Oct - with peak 'Hot' sunshine obviously June/July/August and even in September, weather still nice in October for a 'Getaway and relaxing Holiday' rather than a sunseeking holiday!
The Beaches and Mountains are just truely amazing and very clean, and the sand it lovely and soft for children (not stones/pebbles) like you can get in some countries. And the sea water clear.

St Vlas area

We are situated in between Elenite and Sunny Beach in an area called St Vlas, our complex is has everything you need, and a short walk away is the well established St Vlas village, where you will find Hotels/Apartments, Shops & Bars and banks etc. For those wanting more Hustle & Bustle than you know what to do with....., a short 5-10 mins Taxi ride for 20Lv (approx £6) will take you into Sunny Beach, where you will want for nothing, theres plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, mini golf, watersports, takeaways, bungy jump, bike hire, Mc Donalds, Banks with ATM machines, Aqua Park, just about anything you can think of, fantastic for both day & night but you can head back home for some peace and quiet later! Perfect

Bourgas Airport approx 30mins - Varna Airport approx 90mins Taxi can be pre booked by us or you can just grab one at the airport, there are always plenty waiting.

The balcony is furnished with a Patio Set and 2 Sun Loungers, Smoking is only allowed on the Balcony please.
The windows are fitted with Mosquito nets.

Conditions

No Pets Sorry, We do require £100.00 security deposit that we will return to you immediately after your stay, and a £100.00 non refundable deposit it required to secure your booking payable by Bank Transfer, Cheque or Online Paypal. Deposit requires at time of booking, with the balance to be paid 6 weeks before your holiday, your security deposit of £100 must be paid with your balance please.
