Home description

This large 88sq meter, one bedroom apartment, has a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa in the lounge which can be used as two singles or one double bed. Furnished to a very high specification by a professional interior designer. Fully fitted open plan kitchen. Two large balconies overlooking the sea and newly built marina where you will find lots of restaurants and shops. Two good sized outdoor swimming pools, considered among the best in the resort. Restaurant, pool side snack bar, gym, sauna, laundry service, reception (English spoken).

Shuttle service to Sunny Beach, Aqua Park, Nessebar and Bourgas City. Local bus service and taxis available. Five minute walk to St. Vlas where you will find ample restaurants, bars, shops, internet cafes, etc. Friendly locals. Suitable for all age groups.

The Black Sea Coast region

For the last 50 years the Black Sea Coast has been popular with Western and Eastern European tourists. The climate between the months of May and September is similar to that of Southern Spain with sea temperatures around 25 degrees centigrade. The beaches along this part of the Black Sea Coast are clean and safe.

There are two international airports serving this region, Bourgas and Varna. Of the two, Bourgas is closer to St. Vlas at about a 30 minute drive.

St Vlas area

St. Vlas is a small town situated at the Northern end of the famous Sunny Beach, at the foot of the Stara Planina mountain range.

St. Vlas has three beaches, one starting directly in front of the apartment. These offer a variety of water sports, but also peace and seclusion for those wanting a more relaxing holiday. The gentle sloping waters are ideal for young children. The town boasts a wide range of shops, restaurants, and tavernas with traditional entertainment. There is a new amphitheatre with over 1,000 seats, a short walk away. Alternatively Sunny Beach which is about 4km away (only a 5 minute drive) is extremely lively and has all kinds of watersports with plenty of shops and entertainment.

The historic town of Nessebar is 9km from St. Vlas and well worth a visit.

We will be happy to arrange transfers for you from Bourgas airport (transfer time 30 minutes) or from Varna airport (transfer time 90 minutes). This will be cheaper than picking up a taxi at the airport.

We enjoyed a lovely 2 weeks staying at Vega Village in St. Vilas. The complex is very well maintained and staff on reception were very helpful. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed to make our holiday perfect. The location of the apartment looking on to the sea and marina was absolutely brilliant, and it was an effort to haul ourselves away from the balcony to do some sight-seeing. The shuttle bus was very handy for trips to Sunny Beach and Nessebar which were very nice, but it was lovely to come back to the peace and tranquillity of the apartment. A very enjoyable holiday and hopefully we will be able to return in the not too distant future.
