This large 88sq meter, one bedroom apartment, has a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa in the lounge which can be used as two singles or one double bed. Furnished to a very high specification by a professional interior designer. Fully fitted open plan kitchen. Two large balconies overlooking the sea (which is literally a stones throw away) and newly built marina where you will find lots of restaurants and shops. Two good sized outdoor swimming pools, considered among the best in the resort. Restaurant, pool side snack bar, gym, sauna, laundry service, reception (English spoken).
Shuttle service to Sunny Beach, Aqua Park, Nessebar and Bourgas City. Local bus service and taxis available. Five minute walk to St. Vlas where you will find ample restaurants, bars, shops, internet cafes, etc. Friendly locals. Suitable for all age groups.

The Black Sea Coast region
For the last 50 years the Black Sea Coast has been popular with Western and Eastern European tourists. The climate between the months of May and September is similar to that of Southern Spain with sea temperatures around 25 degrees centigrade. The beaches along this part of the Black Sea Coast are clean and safe.
There are two international airports serving this region, Bourgas and Varna. Of the two, Bourgas is closer to St. Vlas at about a 30 minute drive.
Excursions to many interesting places are readily available, this is just a small example - *Bulgarian village *Wine tasting *Varna-dolphinarium *Blue Mountains *Sozopol - Ropotamo River *Jeep safari and if you want to go further – *Istanbul - 1 or 2 days *Sofia-Rila Monastery - 2 days Look in www.bulgariantours.co.uk for more information on excursions (and possibly book early).
St Vlas area
St. Vlas is a small town situated at the Northern end of the famous Sunny Beach, at the foot of the Stara Planina mountain range.
St. Vlas has three beaches, one starting directly in front of the apartment. These offer a variety of water sports, but also peace and seclusion for those wanting a more relaxing holiday. The gentle sloping waters are ideal for young children. The town boasts a wide range of shops, restaurants, and tavernas with traditional entertainment. There is a new amphitheatre with over 1,000 seats, a short walk away. Alternatively Sunny Beach which is about 4km away (only a 5 minute drive) is extremely lively and has all kinds of watersports with plenty of shops and entertainment.
The historic town of Nessebar is 9km from St. Vlas and well worth a visit.
How to get there
There are charter flights direct to Bourgas and Varna from most UK airports. Please check out the following websites:-
We will be happy to arrange transfers for you from Bourgas airport (transfer time 30 minutes) or from Varna airport (transfer time 90 minutes). This will be cheaper than picking up a taxi at the airport.
Whilst a car is not necessary, you can hire one through http://www.tstravel.net , or http://www.e-sixt.co.uk , and many others locally. ( Remember your driving licence ! )

Mr & Mrs Abraham UK - June 2009 Our opinion of your apartment is nothing but good, it had everything we needed and the views were stunning, even Angel the taxi driver couldn't of helped us any more, he was a star, we were so pleased to be away from the hustle and bustle of Sunny Beach and thought the apartment was situated in the perfect position, the restaurants in the village were very good value for money including the drinks, the village was very clean we used to watch the ladies cleaning the roads each morning and the gardeners looking after the grass, even the beach was cleaned and the sun beds washed down everyday it was a treat to see it. We have lots of holidays each year and have put this one down to perfect, we picked Bulgaria not knowing anything about it and thought we'd just "take a chance", we are so pleased we did and can recommend this holiday to anybody, thank you for letting us use your apartment and making our holiday complete.

The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed to make our holiday perfect. The location of the apartment looking on to the sea and marina was absolutely brilliant, and it was an effort to haul ourselves away from the balcony to do some sight-seeing. The shuttle bus was very handy for trips to Sunny Beach and Nessebar which were very nice, but it was lovely to come back to the peace and tranquillity of the apartment. A very enjoyable holiday and hopefully we will be able to return in the not too distant future.
