Flora, Garden of Eden Studio apartment has a view over the beautiful turquoise waters of the black sea. The Studio benefits from its own private pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children. Leading from the living room is a balcony with a sea & pool view, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. It is located in the prized village of St Vlas 10 mins from Sunny Beach. It is located in a fabulous south facing view and has its own sandy beach. The setting for the apartments combines the beauty of traditional Bulgarian architecture with a landscape of cascading streams, natural stone paths, waterfalls, shrubs and flowers in the designer garden setting, and spectacular vista towards the sea leading ot the dramatic beach front. St Vlas is approx 25mins from the airport, Bourgas Airport. Transport can be arranged on arrival.
The studio comprises of air con, kitchenette ( hob, oven, fridge and the usual essentials), Bathroom with shower, 1 double bed and convertible sofa can comfortably sleep 2/3/4 people and has cable TV. Also available on site - communal pools, garden, parking, terrace overlooking pool. Apartment has its own private beach, 15 mins from golfing and within 10 mins from Sunny Beach which is reknowned for shopping and restaurants. The old town of Nessabar is assessable via water taxi. The Hotel facilities include sauna, fittness centre, tennis courts, bars, restaurants and much more.

Water park and public transport within walking distance of resort, local markets and restaurants in St Vlas. The Condor restaurant is very popular with many tourists in Sunny Beach. As the name suggests Sunny Beach is the sunniest resort with the longest and widest beach strip.
