About the home

Vega Village is a modern beach front complex with luxury one and two bedroom apartments. We offer a choice of beach front apartments with fabulous sea and/or marina views, or apartments that are only 100-150 metres from the beach with pool and part sea views. All apartments have 1 or 2 balconies, or terrace if on the ground floor. The apartment shown is an example of what we have available.

All apartments are of the same high standard but vary in layout and furnishings. We will be pleased to send you details and photos of apartments that are available for your chosen dates. If you have any special requests please let us know and we will do our best to find an apartment to suit your requirements. For multiple bookings, we will try to accommodate families and friends in apartments close to each other. Discounts are available for long term lets of 21 days or more.

All apartments are extremely spacious and have the following facilities as standard:

BEDROOMS
The bedrooms are large with good sized wardrobes and vanity units. Each bedroom has two single beds that can be pushed together as a double or left separately as twins.

LOUNGE/DINING AREA
A comfortable lounge/dining area with air conditioning, double sofa bed that sleeps 2, 28' TV with cable TV, dining table and chairs, with patio table and chairs on balcony. Some apartments have a DVD player.

KITCHEN
All apartments have a well equipped kitchen with everything you need for a self catering holiday including: cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, and all the necessary utensils including plates, dishes, cutlery, pans, cups and glasses; iron, ironing board and clothes drier. Some apartments have a washing machine installed.

Further details outdoors:
The complex has has four good sized pools considered to be amongst the best in the resort with free sunbeds and umbrellas. There is an indoor restaurant, poolside snack bars, bbq area, sauna, gym, 24 hr reception, free secure parking (spaces must be reserved at time of booking), laundry service and a doctor on call via reception. Wi-fi is available throughout the complex.

Close by you will find many bars/restaurants, hairdressers, beauty salons, massage areas, supermarkets/shops, internet cafes, ampitheatre with evening entertainment & kiddies club.

The apartments are 0-150 metres from the the sandy beach and luxury marina with its wonderful array of restaurants and cocktail bars. From the marina you can have an enjoyable boat trip to other parts of the Black Sea coast. The beach stretches for 3km and has the prestigious Blue Flag award. It offers a variety of water sports for the energetic or peace and seclusion for those wanting a more relaxing holiday. The sea does not have a tide and the gentle sloping waters are ideal for young children.

At St Vlas you get a great mix of traditional and modern. There are lots of traditional Bulgarian restaurants nearby where you can eat and drink extremely cheaply. Then you have the trendy cocktail bars and restaurants around the marina. For those of you who prefer to do your own cooking there are plenty of small supermarkets within 5-10 minutes walk (the nearest is in front of Vega Village and another 50 metres away).

A regular cheap bus service takes you into Sunny Beach 4 km away, where you will find plenty more eating places that will spoil you for choice, and there's always plenty of taxis available in the town square.

The Black Sea Coast region

St. Vlas is a beautiful coastal village about 25 minutes drive from Bourgas airport. It is situated approximately 4 km north of the lively resort of Sunny Beach and 9 km from the ancient town of Nessebar. Lying at the foot of the spectacular Stara Planina mountain range, the natural conditions from the sea, forests and mountains offer the purest of air.

St. Vlas is a much smaller and quieter resort than neighbouring Sunny Beach, which is ideally suited to families and couples or those wishing to escape the noise and crowds, but it has all the facilities of Sunny Beach at hand when you want a change of scenery. You will find the locals very friendly and helpful and most can speak English.

St. Vlas has a fabulous beach approximately 2 km in length, offering a variety of water sports for the energetic, or peace and seclusion for those wanting a more relaxing holiday. The gentle sloping waters are ideal for young children. A luxury marina offering regular boat trips is right next to the complex.

There are several small shops in St. Vlas with plenty of bargains, a vast number in Sunny Beach, and for even more bargains a trip into Bourgas is well worth a visit. (You can catch a bus to there from Sunny Beach). Bulgaria is a shopper’s paradise with bargains to be had everywhere. You may want to leave your shopping for holiday clothes until you get there – it’s much cheaper!

It is impossible to get bored in St. Vlas as the list of activities and excursions are endless!

Beach Activities include - water skiing, banana boat, pedalos, windsurfing, canoeing, jet skiing, fishing, beach volleyball.

There are even more activities in Sunny Beach including 3 aqua parks, tennis courts, children’s playgrounds, mini-golf, horse-riding, bowling alleys, trampolines, reverse bungee jump, pony rides, bicycle hire, go carting … and lots, lots more!

“Our holiday.” I planned to write a review as soon as we returned home but I faced a lot of preparations for school.Now it is time to collect and record my impressions.The first and foremost I should say that I would be happy to visit st. Vlas and Vega Village once again next year. Usually I do not plan our summer vacation earlier than April or May. I think I will change my habit and i will do an early booking.So in general everything was fine and the major pros are:- st. Vlas is really charming and quietly enough- Vega Village is well located. There are a lot of useful amenities like restaurants and shops around in a short walk as close as the beautiful sandy beach. - The appartment was spacious enough, so I felt a sort of claustrophobia when returned home :) We didn't use the aircon at all because it was cool enough inside thanks to the light breeze.- Nice pool. Kids were in there immediately as they left the beach. - In fact everything like restaurants, transportation and other services are affordable compared to the prices in Moscow.cons:- I couldn't say that the kitchen was equipped as well as I expected because we cooked at home most of the time. So the fridge seemed too small. (on other hand everything was bought just in time and was always fresh ;)). We have found only three forks and one knife which was totally unusable. We also have bought a frying pan.- I found that that the quality of the maid service was strongly depended on which person has done it. In fact it was the only once that it was done throughly. I expected the weekly maid service to be done more efficient, while we made everyday mini cleaning by ourselves because of the sand that was everywhere. In fact the maid service for us was only linen and towels change.I shared some photos of our holiday on my facebook album at ------ Finally I would recommend the online tranfer service ---- I hope this feedback will be useful.
