A large detached house in a stunning region of the southern Loire valley perfectly suited for a family holiday. Situated on the edge of a picturesque village, the house sleeps 8 people comfortably. There is a large private pool in the rear garden which is ideal for children and adults alike. The house itself is superbly furnished consisting of a large open plan living area, two double and two twin bedrooms, the house is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.
St Viatres is a small village in the Sologne region on the edge of the Loire valley. Ideally located for the chateauxs on the Loire, such as Chambord and Cherverney and the citys of Orleans and Blois. Fishing, golf, kayaking and go karting are all available locally. The region is known as the lake district of France, well known for bird watching and wildlife.

The Loire Valley / Loir-et-Cher region
St Viatre is situated on the edge of the Loire valley in the Sologne Region, which is famous for its large number of lakes and forests. Within 30 minutes of the chateauxs of the Loire and the famous city of Orleans.
St Viatre area
Situated on the outskirts of a small village which contains a shop, 2 restauarants, bar and bakery. Bicycle hire is available in the village. Fishing is also avilable in the village centre and kayaking and golf are within 20 minutes drive. One of the largest outdoor go karting curcuits is 25 minutes drive. The chateauxs at Chambord, Cherverney and Blois are approximately 30 minutes drive.
How to get there
Approximately 5 hours drive from the channel tunnel or 3 hours drive from ferry at St Malo. 2 and a half hours drive from Charles de Gaulle Airport ( Easyjet flights) and 2 and a half hours from Limoges airport ( Ryanair flights). Hertz and Europcar car hire available at both airports.
