This lovely recently upgraded home is perfectly situated within walking distance of La Croix Valmer, a charming French village close to the sea and beaches.Here you'll find shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and most importantly 2 patisseries (French bread and cake shops).
The property is a semi-detached bijou villa with amazing sea views that will take your breath away. There is a south facing terrace garden which is equipped with sun loungers, table, chairs and a BBQ, perfect for enjoying the sun and stunning sea view.
Very close to the house you will find a large shared pool and cafe (only open during the Summer months) along with 4 tennis courts which can be enjoyed free of charge, table tennis tables and large grass area.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Var region
The house is 10 mins walk from the village of La Croix Valmer. Gorgeous sandy beaches are approx. 10 minutes drive away.Close by is St Tropez, Port Grimaud, Rayol, Bormes les Mimosas and le Lavandou. In fact it is ideally suited for sightseeing the whole region.
The famous beaches of Pampelonne are only a few kms drive away as are the stunning medieval hilltop towns of Gassin, Ramatuelle, Grimaud; Port Grimaud is well worth a visit too. Situated close-by are also many vineyards which welcome visitors and offer free wine tasting.Also,within 10-15 mins drive of the house is Cavalaire which is a bigger seaside town with many shops, bars, cafes, beaches etc & Marina with Ferry & Excursions in the Med.
St Tropez / La Croix Valmer area
La Croix Valmer is a lovely small friendly village with numerous shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. There is also a public pool as well as the Domaine pool found close to our house. (with kiddies area & cafe/snack bar)
There is a weekly market every Sunday where you can buy everything from local fruit and veg to crafts, shoes, sandals and bags.
In fact, all the local villages have market days and you could probably visit one every day of the week if you wanted to!
How to get there
Flights to Nice/Marseille & Toulon (Hyeres) . EasyJet, Air Lingus & RyanAir. Car rental is available at these airports through Hertz, Avis, Sixt, Citer, Europcar,etc.
The drive time is approximately 1 1/2hrs from Nice & Marseilles, 45 mins from Toulon Airport (RyanAir).

The house is equipped with all you need to make this your holiday home in the sun. It has recently been decorated throughout and is lovingly maintained by its owners. English satellite T.V. has recently been installed.
New for the this season is a fabulous modern kitchen including dishwasher.
Further details outdoors: It's only a 20 minute drive to St Tropez and 10 mins drive to Port Grimaud where you'll find chic little cafes/restaurants and shops.There are numerous sandy beaches all within 5-10 mins drive by car as well as the interesting medieval villages of Grimaud and Ramatuelle.
