About the home

Our luxury mobile home is located on the 3-star campsite 'Les Prairies de la Mer', a vast 20-hectare estate on the coast with direct access to a fine sandy beach, looking across the bay to Saint-Tropez a stone throw away from the lagoon town of Port Grimaud.

The new 'Azur Beach' mobile homes are equipped to the highest standards and offer everything you need for a pleasant holiday. The mobile homes are sited in a unique 'village' concept, allowing even the youngest to play undisturbed by traffic and you can enjoy the generous terrace without looking at parked cars.

„Les Prairies de la mer“ is more than a campsite, a real holiday village which offers all the services, entertainment, excursions, sports and activities needed to make your holiday memorable. On the beach there are all kinds of water sports and nearby many recreational and cultural excursions are to be discovered.

Further details indoors:
A gas barbecue can be hired on site ( open fires are forbidden on the camping).
There are pillows and duvets for every bed, bed linen and towels can be hired at our office on the camping.
Please ask for the highchair and cot upon reservation.
Garden furniture, deckchairs and a parasol are waiting for you on your spacious terrace.

Further details

During the summer months english speaking Azurbeach staff is on the site the help you the best we can.
We do everthing possible to make your holidays a success, starting with a cooled bottle of rosé in the fridge courtesy of Azurbeach which you can enjoy on your terrace on your arrival day.

Conditions

Change over days are flexible except in highseason (saturday)
Night bookings are possible except in july and august, when only weekly lets are possible.
A 200€ deposit is due at arrival. It will be reemboursed if no damages caused by your use of the equipement.
You will find a spotlessly clean mobile home at your arrival and the final cleaning is for you to to. (you can also ask for the final cleaning to be done by us (40€)

Enjoy 300 sunny days per year. The Azurbeach mobile home is located on a campsite directly on the sea at the heart of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez and a stone's throw from the lagoon town of Port Grimaud, France's very own 'Little Venice', which you can discover by water taxi. A beautiful market will seduce you with its plentiful local specialities which can try out in your well equipped kitchen. There are also several local supermarkets nearby or on the campsite. A ferry can take you directly across the bay to St. Tropez several times per day.

Wander in the footsteps of the celebreties that have discovered the magic of the town before you,look at the incredible boats on the habour, visit the famous market or take a drink in the often filmed bistro "Senequier".
The beautiful little town of Grimaud is easily visited with the miniature train leaving several times a day directly from the campsite.

Discover the wine region, with its beautiful rosé wines. We can arrange a visit with wine tasting of the domaine of Chateau Minuty an often priced wine producer a short drive away from Port Grimaud. Enjoy the beautiful landscapes that have inspired so many famous painters, or drive to Monaco or Nice always worth a visit.

Numerous sights, small villages and other attractions are easily reachable and a colourful animation programme offered all year long, which makes combined with the beautiful weather (never less than 20 °C air and water temperatures in the spring, summer or automn seasons) Azurbeach mobile homes a superb destination even outside the summer months

The St Tropez / Port Grimaud area

On the campsite numerous sporting activities are offered free of charge: Beach Volley Ball, Basketball, Soccer, several tennis courts are available, table tennis, achery,petanque gymnastiques and aquagym. Tournements are organised regularly.

On the beach (independant of the holiday village) you can surf, jet ski, parasail, sail , hire a motorboat or waterski. Two horse riding stables are just minutes away from the campsite and a beautiful 18 hole golf course with stunning views over th bay of Saint Tropez is only 7 km away.

Les Prairies de la Mer also offered a varied animation programme, live music and a night club and a discotheque is on site.

There is a great Aquapark with slides just nearby as well as an amusement Park and a mini golf, karting circuit and a bowling range. In Cavalaire you can try your luck at the casino.

All during the year Grimaud and Saint Tropez offer avaried programme with piano concerts, painting exhibitions, handcraft markets, regattas and around the 16th of May the Saint Tropez Bravades, a celebration of the patron Saint with processions, regattas and many more festivities, an event not to be missed. In Port Grimaud you can enjoy the village fair or the grape harvesting day in October.

We found Azurbeach by chance on the internet and it proved to be an excellent find!From flying from England early in the morning we were at the mobile home by midday and all was explained in time to be on the beach by lunchtime overlooking St Tropez having a glass of wine.The mobile home was very clean and well looked after and the host very friendly assisting with any queries that we had. The location was excellent, being so close to the beach but in a secluded site that offered a great deal of privacy.Being two adults with two young children we were impressed at how safe the location was and felt relaxed to let our two boys of 3 and 5 play with other children and make friends with whom they still are in contact with. Whilst we hired a car for two weeks we hardly used it as everywhere is so accessible. If you want to explore for the day you are a boat ride away from many famous and interesting Rivieria resorts, alternatively a land train takes you to old Grimaud to explore the town and visit the castle.We had a fantastic holiday and not soon after we returned, we booked for this year,and we are taking some friends who we have recommended it to! Azurbeach is fantastic for kids and for adults and it will be the first time that we have returned to the same holiday location twice. Looking forward to returning! We just wanted to say what a fantastic holiday we had again in your Azurbeach mobile home. We cycled virtually every day, walked the dog in the forests and got marvellously brown. - we had so much fun! thank also to Jean-Michel for being helpful as always ! We had a lovely holiday staying at the Beach 1 mobile Home in Port Grimaud...
The property was superbly located, clean and in a well kept courtyard and surpassed our expectations. We were particularly lucky with the amazing sunny weather and many thanks for kindly giving us a BBQ for the fortnight, we made good use of it....!
The chap who looked after the mobile homes for Azurbeach (Jean Michel) was really friendly and although there was a language barrier he always had a friendly smile and always asked us if we were OK and enjoying ourselves
