About the home

The apartment is furnished to a very high standard , bedroom with doube bed and memory foam mattress,with new quality sofa bed in lounge . New state of the art Samsung 46'' LED television ,Sky HD box with Sky card.. A good size terrace half covered . It is fully equipped, and benefits from a dishwasher, and washing machine and BROADBAND.Unusually for France, we supply linen and towels at no extra cost.

Being within Port Grimaud, you have an abundance of restaurants, shops and facilities within walking distance. St Tropez is reached either by ferry boat from the beach, or by car. It has its own parking space directly outside the front door. There is a large hypermarket nearby and an excellent fun fair, both within walking distance,and a waterslide park nearby.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Var region

Port Grimaud is positioned in the Gulf of St Tropez and is about a 1-hour drive from Nice airport in one direction and Toulon Airport in the other. It has a beautiful position, on the coast ,with warm climate and a pleasant sea breeze. There is a large Geant Casino very nearby for all of your shopping needs, and next door to that is a large, well-run amusement park open for the season from Easter.

The town of St Tropez is a short drive and an ideal place to sit and watch the world go by.The nearby town of St Maxim has a large water slide complex which is open for the season from mid June.

Port Grimaud is a beautiful site ,full of waterways, canals, bridges, restaurants, and coffee bars.It is the 3rd most visited tourist attraction in France. Stroll down to either of the two sandy beaches, take a boat trip to St Tropez,or potter the waterways in a small boat .Port Grimaud really has everything that you need to amuse children and adults alike without the need to venture far.
