The Villa is situated on large, private grounds and has 3 spacious double bedrooms each with its own en-suite bathroom. Bigger groups of visitors or family with children can also use 1 extra private bedroom with access to the Master bedroom. Each bedroom is furnished to a high standard and decorated in an elegant Provencal style providing luxurious accommodation. Villa has a large well-appointed open plan lounge/dining room which is stylishly decorated. All rooms open out onto a large terrace which runs the length of the house. This is ideal for enjoying the view, your morning breakfast or a glass of chilled Rosé at sunset. The grounds feature a large, well situated swimming pool with loungers.

Gulf of Saint-Tropez area
Location
We are situated in the Gulf of St Tropez. Nearest airports are Toulon (40 mins), Nice (1hr 15mins), Marseille (1hr 30 mins).
Local Attractions: 18 km’s from St Tropez 8 km’s from St Maxime (10 min drive to nearest beaches) Monaco, Cannes, St Paul de Vence, Aix, the Luberon, Gorges of Verdon and the Maritime Alps are all within easy driving distance.
Villa is situated between Plan de la Tour and Vallaury. From the A8 (freeway between Nice and Aix) take exit 36 St Tropez/Le Muy Follow signs to St Tropez on the D25. After 12 km’s on the D25, take the turn off to "Plan de la Tour Route Touristique" (left onto theD44). Make your way through the scenic hills and after 8 km’s you will pass through the hamlet of Vallary. Approx 1 km after the hamlet you will find Villa Le Casaou on your left.
