Lovely open plan liviing room - light filled with dining /sitting area and two sets of french doors leading out to terraced deck and garden. Superb new kitchen fitted out to highest specification and utility room with top loading washing machine, iron and ironing board and hoover. Large fridge/freezer for extra storage, wine and cool drinks. The bathroom is classy and stylish with mosaic tiling containing bath with shower and built in hand wash basin and lots of mirrors. The loo is separate and across the hall. Both bedrooms have double beds with beamed ceilings and superb sea views. Very comfortable beds, luxurious bed linen and super soft pillows and duvets.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Var region
15 minutes walk by road and vineyards to the beautiful beaches of Gigaro. A host of other sandy beaches are only. 5 minutes drive from the property. The famous beaches of St. Tropez peninsula are only 15 minutes drive away.
St Tropez / La Croix Valmer area
Clear, blue water, magnificent views, miles of natural coastline with protected pathways - perfect for swimming, snorkeling, sailing and watersports and outside the very hot months of July and August, its a walker's paradise.

Nice 1 Hour 30 min. Aix-en-Provence 1 Hour. Marseille 1 Hour 45 min. St. Tropez or Grimaud 15 mins. Avignon 2 hour 30 mins.
Nice airport approx 1 hour 15 mins, mostly by motorway. Marseille Airport approx 1 hour 40 mins, again mostly motorway. Toulon-Hyeres Airport approx 40 mins. Use of car reccomended with car hire available at airports or locally.

Changeover day is Saturday. Arrivals after 5pm and departures by 11.00am. Outside high season we are flexible where bookings allow. Generally the property is not suitable for children under 10 and we regret that the property is unlikely to be suitable for people with mobility problems due to be steps between the floors and in entering or exiting the property.
Conditions
50% deposit required on confirmtation of booking. Balance is due 6 (six) weeks before arrival. Refundable damage/cleaning deposit of 250 euros will be invoiced at time of booking and returned once housekeeper confirms that house has been left as found.
