Nestled in a hilltop with dramatic views overlooking the golf of St Tropez, Villa Tropicale is situated in a private and secure domaine. The villa enjoys beautiful views of the sea and Golf of St Tropez, and the surrounding countryside. It is within easy access of all local amenities, yet set in peaceful surroundings. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday in which to unwind, and soak in the atmosphere of the south of France, Villa Tropicale will not disappoint. Designed in a contemporary style with large open plan living spaces bathed in light and opening up onto magnificent Mediterranean surroundings. The villa is equipped with all the comforts of a modern home, and is available to rent all year round. Although the area is mostly sought after in the months of July and August, the 300 days of sunshine throughout the year ensure that most of the other months when the crowds have disappeared, are even more enticing. You can enjoy Christmas day in the sun on the terrace or at the beach. Early October sees the "Voiles of St Tropez", the world famous sailing regatta. In November, you will enjoy spectacular sunsets over the valley and warm days, and crisp cool nights.

The old town of Grimaud has a small selection of shops and cafes, but there are a wealth of hilltop villages to visit in the area surrounding this modern villa near St Tropez, including the delightful villages of Gassin, Ramatuelle, Plan de la Tour and La Garde Freinet. In summer many festivals and events take place here.

St Tropez is just 20 minutes for a wonderful selection of cafes, shops restaurants and more, as well as a large market on Saturdays. For sports enthusiasts there are a plenty of activities including sailing, wind surfing, water skiing, horse riding, hiking and go-karting. There are beaches at Port Grimaud and Beavallon, but the long sandy beach at Pampelonne is only 20 minutes drive from this modern villa near St Tropez.

This new villa near St Tropez sits on a hillside just outside Grimaud overlooking the Gulf of St Tropez. Designed in a contemporary style with large open plan living spaces bathed in light and opening up onto magnificent Mediterranean surroundings. The tall wide windows on the living area open up on to connecting terraces and offer varying degrees of exposure and cover. These include a loggia, and a kitchen terrace covered by a solid hardwood pergola, which leads to a large pool terrace with an over-flow pool, surrounded by an exotically planted lawned garden. The high ceilings of the interior allow exceptional volume, space and light. All bedrooms have an en suite bathroom and are air-conditioned. Numerous terraces allow for privacy and seclusion. Although it provides seclusion, the villa is within easy reach of the best amenities the region has to offer. Whether you desire the privacy of your pool, or the tonic of the beach and Mediterranean sea, one is at hand, and the other is near. The beaches of Beauvallon, including the newly refurbished Beauvallon Beach Club Restaurant and Spa, due to open in Spring 2013, are a 5 minute car ride away, while the famous beach clubs and restaurants of Pampellone are only 20 minutes. The beautiful nearby villages of Grimaud, Ramatuelle, and Gassin offer their own distinct character, with a wide range of seasonal activities, arts, crafts, and cultural, events, while St Tropez still remains undeniably glamorous. Established golf courses are nearby at Beauvallon, St Maxime, and the Golf de Gassin, while ample mooring opportunities for boats at Port Grimaud,and the Marina de Gassin. The Polo club of St Tropez sits at the foot of Gassin, and a heliport is nearby at Grimaud.n just over an hour, and the new airport at Toulon Hyères, 45 minutes away. There is also a heliport in Grimaud with regular services from Nice and Monaco. Paris can be reached in 4 hours by TGV from Les Arcs or Hyères. Nice airport 1 hr 15 mins, and Toulon/Hyeres 45 mins away.
