Places not to miss:
Dinan: Beautiful riverside medieval town. Pink granite Coast: Lovely coast with eroded rocks scattered along the shore around Perros Guirec. St Malo: Walled city looking across pretty bay, with boats to neighbouring chic seaside resort of Dinard.

Quimper: Picturesque riverside city with beautiful gothic cathedral, cobbled streets and half-timbered houses. River Odet: Cruise from Benodet along what is often regarded as France’s most beautiful river. Pointe du Raz: Dramatic headland south west of Quimper, most westerly point in mainland France. Locronan: Beautiful Renaissance buildings around a central village square. Roscoff: Pretty seaside resort with the offshore island of Batz worth a visit. Concarneau: Large fishing port with lovely old quarter enclosed by granite ramparts. Golfe du Morbihan: A large inland sea dotted with small islands (one for each day of the year), best explored by boat from Vannes. Carnac: Famous prehistoric standing stones close to the popular seaside resort. Vannes: A beautiful medieval city with cobbled streets, half-timbered houses and marina.
