Villa Mirino is an incomparable oceanfront residence 5 minutes from Red Hook on the southeast end of St. Thomas in the US Virgin Islands. With a private, professionally landscaped setting, the fully stocked 5 bedroom villa boasts a 215° unobstructed view of the Caribbean Sea and waves hitting the shoreline below. The villa features an 1800 sq ft deck with covered lanai, outdoor living room with sectional sofa and HD TV, an outdoor kitchen with 75,000 BTU BBQ grill with rotisserie, and additional dining and chaise lounges. Comfortably supporting up to 10 guests, the Villa features high ceilings and spacious rooms with south-facing views of the Caribbean. Guests enjoy both property-wide air conditioning and a solar heated infinity pool, which are rarely found in the Virgin Islands. The two-level floor plan includes 5 bedrooms: 4 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms (3 Kings and 1 Queen); a fifth bedroom with bunk-beds; and 4.5 baths. Thoughtfully laid out for both families and adults, two king beds can be converted to twins. The main floor features one substantial master suite with walk-in closet, vanity and a bathroom featuring a bidet and additional adjacent half bath, a second king suite (convertible to twins) with bathroom, and the bunkbed room with full-size mattresses. 2 more spacious suites on the garden level include the other convertible king and a queen, both with en suite bathrooms, and sliding glass doors to a patio with seating and views of the Caribbean. Each suite is complete with plush beds, full thread count sheets, and thick thirsty towels.The deck and pool area include 6 lounge chairs and al fresco dining for 6 with a propane BBQ grill and additional seating outside the master bedroom.

The Villa has been fully renovated. It now features higher end amenities (such as Cuisinart stainless cookware), updated furnishings and the latest in home technologies, including property-wide free Wi-Fi, three HD Sony televisions with Satellite premium cable subscriptions, Sony PS3, Microsoft XBox 360, BluRay, Sonos Wi-Fi web stereo system throughout the main level and deck, and a security system. Situated at the end of a private lane, Villa Mirino's serene, intimate setting is apparent the minute you drive through the gate. Lush landscaping greets you, from the Flamboyant trees gracing the parking apron, to the enumerable flowering bushes and palm trees. A lime tree deposits fruit for your cocktails on the front doorstep. Flowering pipe cacti support the native bird population, and it is not uncommon to have a hummingbird greet you in a private moment in the garden. The villa is maintained by professional pool and housekeeping staff and guests are assisted by an experienced villa manager.

This villa is truly unique: set on the sea among private residences in renown Estate Nazareth on the south end of the island, it is a mere 5 minutes to the conveniences, fun and dining of Red Hook and the ferries to St. John and the British Virgin Islands. Nestled between Secret Harbor and the St. Thomas Yacht Club, one can enjoy 4 beaches and snorkeling within a 10 minute to 15 minute walk, or Magen's Bay, consistently rated as one of the world's top 10 beaches, within a 20 minute drive. Scuba diving and snorkeling trips depart from marinas 5 minutes away; some charters will pick you up at the Villa.

    How do damage deposits work?
