Caribbean Sun Beach Condos- Palm Tree house A brand new 2 Unit condo, 250 meters from Heywoods beach! Each condo unit has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. A spacious 1400 square feet of living space that accommodates a maximum of 4 people. The rental fee is charged per unit /week (not per person).
Located directly across from Port St Charles Marina and 2 minutes walk from Almond Beach Village Resort. 1 Km from the town of Speightstown. Beach access 5 minute walk from the condo. This property is located on the bus route.

The St Peter Parish region
Famed for it’s year round sunshine and warm blue waters, Barbados is a coral island surrounded by reefs and spectacular long white sand beaches. It is one of the smaller islands and is the most easterly of the Caribbean Islands measuring 21miles by 14 miles.
The west coast (also known as the "platinum coast") is a fringe of bays and coves along the sheltered, Caribbean side of the island. As a result it is the best coast for snorkelling as reefs are close to shore and the Caribbean Sea provides calm water.
There are opportunities to explore this stunning island by land, (going off - road in a 4x4 Land Rover or hiring a car), by air in a helicopter tour, or by sea on board one of many cruises on offer.
How ever you choose to travel, you will find cultural attractions, such as the splendid architecture, art, music, theatre and fine cuisine as well as a whole host of sporting activities, including hiking, tennis, polo, scuba diving, boating and deep sea fishing.
Heywoods area
Visit fabulous Heywoods Beach a easy 4 minute walk from the condo. Eat a great lunch at the Fisherman's Pub a mere eight minute walk from the condo.
Visit the local shops, restaurants, grocery stores in Speightstown. Visit The Whim Gully for an early morning stroll and and enjoy the local birds etc. Purchase a day pass for Almond Beach across the road and enjoy the amenities such as watersports,golfing, tennis, buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Enjoy a tasty fish fry in Moontown St Lucy or visit Le Mer for great sea food dining at Port St Charles Marina acoss the road from the Condo.

Further details indoors: Further details indoors: The total square footage of the condo unit is a stunning 1400 square feet of space complemented by 9 foot ceilings and an ample supply of large windows and ceramic floors throughout. The condo is equipped with a full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, toaster utensils and cutlery. Each bedroom has a built in wall safe.
Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed and bedroom 2 has two twin beds,the twin beds can be joined to make a king size bed.Both bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioners. The bedroom at the back of the premise has a door that leads to a large wooden deck that is perfect for sipping a rum punch and enjoying the beauty of this tropical paradise.
The deck an also be accessed from the main corridor in the unit. The living room is large and airy and equipped with ceiling fans. The condo has a full bathroom equipped with a large tub and shower and a second half bath equipped with a lavatory facility. The unit also has a laundry room equipped with a laundry sink and a washing machine.
Further details outdoors: Further details outdoors: The front verandah has beautiful clay tiles with a wheel chair acessible ramp and is perfect for lounging. There is off street parking located in the front yard.
The back of the premise facing Port St Charles is equipped with a large deck made of rich purple heart wood. There is an outdoor shower for washing away the sand from the beautiful caribbean sea after a day of fun in sun at Heywoods beach a mere 250 M away!!!!
Further details
A deposit of 25% of the total rental fee is required to secure a booking. This deposit is non-refundable. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
In addition to the rental fee, a security deposit of $200 is required at the time of the booking deposit. A security deposit is required to cover any breakage or damage that may occur during your stay. This deposit is returned to you in full by post/PayPal within 14 days of departure if there is no damage.
In the event of cancellation of booking, within 8 weeks prior to date of arrival, the following penalties appply: 7wks-35% refund, 6 wks-25% refund, 5 wks-15%, 4 wks-no refund.

"Palm Tree House was exactly what we required for the purpose of our visit. The property is in excellent condition, spotlessly clean and with all mod cons for a holiday where you wish to relax and have your own timetable and is situated in an uncrowded area. Comfortable beds, good washing facilities, TV, computer, modern kitchen - what more can you ask for?"
