The villa is situated in an acre of landscaped lush gardens with your own sunbathing area. There are 6 very comfortable sun loungers and a large sun umbrella. There is shade also from the palm trees surrounding the villa and the wonderful sound of the Caribbean sea lapping the shore. A large fresh water swimming pool for the exclusive use of the residents and chairs for beach use too . A few steps away a gate leads you on to the beach from the garden

The St James Parish region
The villa is on the West Coast of Barbados within walking distance of Mullins Beach where there is a beach bar/restaurant and various water sports. Within a short drive are numerous restaurants. Holetown with its bars, shops,restaurants and all amenties is a short car journey and Speightstown is likewise within a short drive.
Whether you want the luxury of eating at The Cliff, Lonestar, Daphnes, The Tides or a late night drink in Lexys Piano Bar the choice is yours and all within a short drive from Emerald Beach.
The climate is tropical with sunshine 12 months of the year. The island is 21 miles [34 km] long and 14 miles [22km] wide it is divided into 11 parishes
Gibbes Bay area
A tour of the island is highly recommended ... the beautiful Caribbean sea on the West coast is a totally contrast to the Atlantics east coast .... Why not visit in July/ August for Crop Over?
There is a Marine Park, Nature Sanctuary, Ocean Park , Helicopter Tours, Orchid World, Submarine Tours, Diving and snorkelling. There are numerous power boat tours, water safaris, glass bottom boats, fishing trips and turtles to be seen.
There are a number of excellent golf courses on the island Sandy Lane and Royal Westmoreland being the closest to the villa . Bridgetown [the capital] is worth a visit to see all the wonderful buildings and the restaurant areas by the water's edge

Further details indoors: 3 bedrooms,3 en suite bathrooms and a downstairs cloakroom make it wonderful for 3 couples or indeed families. The 3 generously large air conditioned bedrooms 2 on the first floor 1 on the ground floor all have private balconies enjoying spectacular views of the Caribbean sea . There are ceiling fans throughout the villa .
The bedrooms have large double beds the downstairs one can be changed into 2 singles if required. As well as a cook maid/ laundress there is 24 hour security and a gardener. Inside and outdoor dining and a BBQ make it a very versatile property
