Tree Tops has just been lovingly renovated with 3 new bathrooms, aircon, new kitchen including dishwasher & range cooker and 2 beautiful hardwood decks. The house sits in a special location on the edge of a beautiful natural gully and is only a short stroll from Mullins Beach.
Two main bedrooms (each 20 feet long) with en suites both step out onto the main 40' hardwood deck. This runs the length of the house and has lovely views over the adjoining gully. The third bedroom which has twin beds, also has its own deck and adjacent bathroom. A Cot, cotbed and sofabed also available.
Tree Tops has a large open plan living room comfortably furnished in hardwood and cane with modern fabrics. The living room has 2 pairs of double doors opening out onto the front terrace which is covered and has a teak dining table and views over the tropical gardens and pool. The kitchen has a breakfast bar overlooking the living room.
The garden has a wonderful smelling Frangipani tree, Golden, Travellers & New Zealand Palms, Hibiscus and Bouganvillea in abundance.
The house is well equipped for either families or perhaps half a dozen adults looking for somewhere special to celebrate a birthday or wedding anniversary.

Convenience shopping is half a mile away and the nearest restaurant is 300 yards away.
Speightstown with a very good range of shops, banks, supermarket and the reknowned Fisherman's Pub is just over a mile away.
We will supply you with hand drawn maps of the local area with all the restaurants, bars, banks and other facilities marked out.
