The Stone House is a magnificent villa offering spacious modern holiday accommodation set in a secure enclosed setting, with a large private pool, roof terraces and beautiful gardens. It is nestled between St. Paul de Vence and La Colle villages both steeped in history offering an array of events, from markets to summer jazz festivals.

There are two living areas in the house, the formal living area adjacent to the kitchen offers a large open plan living and dining area 200 sq.m, Satellite TV, DVD Player, BOSE CD/Radio and adjoins the formal dining area which seats 8.

The second Living area is open plan with its own mini bar area and pool table . It has the added benefit of access onto the gardens and pool/bbq terrace. DVD/CD/SKY access/ flat screen TV also available.

The property benefits from a Hammam and jacuzzi.

The house is accessed via an intercom through electronic gates.

From the kitchen there is an outdoor seating area offering soft furnishings & coffee table covered partially by an electric parasol. There is a south facing dining terrace to enjoy al fresco dining .

There is an outdoor private pool (alarmed) & 5 person jacuzzi. Outdoor games provided.
Adjacent to the pool is a covered bbq terrace with BBQ with a covered external dining area.

Garage for 3 cars. Well kept gardens and lawns to explore. Large sun umbrella and lounge beds available.

A welcome basket is provided for each guest to get you started, as are all linens and towels.

The villa is let subject to a strict no smoking policy.

An extended housekeeping service is available to include airport pick up, pre ordering of food and wine, laundry and general housekeeping throughout your stay.

By Car – The roads and autoroutes in France are a pleasure, so driving can sometimes make a good alternative to flying – at least you’ll already have your car with you!
From the UK you have the choice of using the ferries or the Eurotunnel for your crossing. Once in the South of France, this property can be easily accessed via the A8 autoroute.

By Air – Nice-Cote d’Azur is the nearest international airport - approximately 15 kilometres away. There are daily flights from the UK with British Airways, British Midland, Easyjet and Jet2. There are regular bus services from the airport which drop off at the end of the road.

By Train – Eurostar runs from London to Paris city centres and then the high speed TGV service runs from Paris to Nice.
