As you walk in there is a living area with a sofa bed, a dining table sitting up to 6 people and a US fully fitted kitchen. There is also a guest toilet. The stairs lead up to a mezzanine with a bedroom with a shower room and a toilet. Washing machine, storage and fitted cupboards. TV. Parking for 1 car.

Further details indoors: This lovely home is perfect for a "pied à terre" and is usually used by the guests as a place to stay in order to visit the area. Its location is fantastic as it is in the centre of town , next to the bakeries, the bars and the restaurants. The house is well equipped and very well kept by its owners who travel a lot and like to stay in their home in Vence for a real rest .
