Villa Margot is a charming property, comfortably and stylishly furnished and has the additional advantage of being open plan on the ground floor making it ideal for spending quality time with the whole family. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, some equipped with TV's and well suited to families. The grounds are beautifully maintained and outdoor areas are pleasant with comfortable terraces accessed from the bedrooms. The children will enjoy the wide lawns and the private pool, whilst the grown ups will love relaxing on the covered terrace or dining al fresco under the shade of the awning. A hammock is provided for an afternoon siesta while the children make the most of the playhouse! A wonderful location for a relaxing holiday and if you manage to tear yourself away from the villa, there is also plenty to do nearby with Nice just 10 minutes away.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region
The Cote d'azur stretches along the warmest coastline of France from Provence to the Italian border. The beaches from pebble to fine sand are well maintained and some 'private' offer extra facilities, bars and restaurants for a whole days comfortable seaside lounging! Gastronomy is at its best catering for some of the most prestigious clients but offering many choices of restaurant all along the coast.
The bustling cities of Cannes and Nice contrast to the small and still authentic perched villages on the hilltops, and other smaller towns offer quiet corners with dotted villas and yet still most interesting town centres alive with artistic history and tradition.
Further north the terraced hillsides lead up into cooler parts and the Alps can be seen towering above. Hiking and walking as well as many watersports on the lakes will be amongst activities here away from the busier coasts.
St Paul de Vence / La Colle sur Loup area
Snuggling in a beautiful natural environment of oaks, olive trees and pines, lemon trees and perfume flowers, La Colle sur Loup is a very pleasant health and tourist resort located 10 minutes from Nice, and less than an hour from the ski resorts of Gréolières and Andon. La Colle sur Loup was a seigneury in the 16th century, and formerly a medieval community and stronghold of Gaudelet. From its past there remains a castle still in good condition as well as a 12th century priory now converted into a restaurant (L'Abbaye), which still has a fortified gateway, corner towers, cloisters and a listed Romanesque chapel. Walk through the Canadel gate to immerse yourself in the atmosphere and visit the historic centre with its lively shopping streets and old narrow alleyways where you can admire shady little squares, fountains and wonderful carved doors. For many years La Colle sur Loup was the capital of the perfume rose. Today it is renowned for its antique dealers and decorators, and also for its fine restaurants.

Very close to Nice Airport with budget airline Easy Jet flying here as well as most major airlines.
High speed trains also run here to Nice and there is local bus service to La Gaude.
