NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. In addition to the weekly rental rates there is a charge of Euro 170/rental (2009 eur 180/rental) for the final cleaning as well as a security deposit of Euro 300 payable on arrival to the person who will meet you and introduce you to the facilities. The security deposit will be returned to you at departure provided no damage has been done to the apartment or its content.
Electricity & heating: During the period Oct 10/08 to May 01/09 there is a weekly charge of Euro 125 (2009 eur 135/week) for the consumption of electricity. Wood for the open fireplace is not included in the rate.
