The villa apartment is situated in a Small high quality private secure compound (only 9 units), with shared pool only 10 minutes walk from the old town of Vence, and 15 minutes (12 km) by car from Nice international Airport. Vence is a very nice historical village situated in the Golde Triangle of the Cote D'Azur, with lots of restaurants & cafes, culture & art centres.

In addition to the weekly rental rates there is a charge of Euro190/rental for the final cleaning as well as a security deposit of Euro 300 payable on arrival to the person who will meet you and introduce you to the facilities. The security deposit will be returned to you at departure provided no damage has been done to the apartment or its content.

Electricity & heating: During the period Oct to May there is a weekly charge of Euro 125 for the consumption of electricity. Wood for the open fireplace is not included in the rate.
