Ground floor
Beautiful newly decorated 4 bedroom house situated on the hills of Vence. As you walk in you enter a spacious living area with a fire place , 2 sofas and a large table that can welcome 10 guests. The kitchen is fully furnished and brand new. The living area has 2 large french windows opening onto the terrace that leads to the garden and the swimming pool.
First floor
This floor hosts the night area with 4 lovely bedroom and 2 bathrooms and shower rooms. The beds are queen size and each room has a fitted cupboards. All furnitures are new. And the rooms have stunning view over the old town and the sea.
Studio
There is an independant studio attached to the house with a fully equipped kitchen .
The garden: Very large with palm trees and olive trees.
The swimming pool: 12 x 4 with a jacuzzi.

In August 1943, Henri Matisse said: "This morning while walking near rny house, seeing all these girls, women and men riding their bikes to the market, I thought I was in Tahiti".
The mission of Vence has always been to attract generations of artists, painters and poets. Dufy, Matisse, Chagall, Dubuffet, Carzou, Arman, Anthony Mars, D.H. Lawrence, have all been part of the scene in Vence. The countryside here is lovely and has rernained natural, away from crowds and construction. One can admire white and green oaks, Aleppo pines, rosemary bushes, acanthus plants, and bellflowers.
You won't be able to resist inspecting the medieval quarter behind the ramparts where there are treasures to be seen.

Art- Museums - Churches, no trip to the south of France would be complete without visiting these two 13th century villages of which boasts a wealth of art and history for you to explore, comprising of the Matisse chapel and the Fondation Maeght , just to name a few.
Vence is a delight to visit. The original old town with its ramparts and cobbled, narrow alleyways has retained many of its historic past. Vence offers a great selection of restaurants and art galleries. The historic cathedral is the centre of town, within this cathedral is a Chagall mosaique .Every Friday Vence has its market day and the ambiance is a must to experience. In July and August the famous musical festival is held in the main square, musical acts come from all around the world to perform. “ Les nuits du Sud” transforms this unique town during the summer into a vibrant, cosmopolitan place to be.

The house Marin is tastefully decorated , it is very spacious and it is perfect for 2 families to spend a fantastic holiday. There is a separated apartment with its onw kitchen and all facilities that could be suitable for the parents or a young couple visiting. From the main house the view from the bedrooms is fantastic . The house really well fitted and everything has been calculated for the well being and the comfort of the guests.

Further details outdoors:
The outside area is large, the swimming pool has a jacuzzi and is fully secured. It is a fantastic place that will contribute to a wonderful time on the French Riviera.
